I was very impressed they almost had 5 stars! So I decided to check them out. Gave them a call they answered right away and were able to schedule an initial checkup appointment for me that same week! In addition the staff were so welcoming Jasmin checked me in and reassured to me that I was in good hands since I mentioned to her I was terrified of going to the dentists after some bad experiences. One of my biggest concerns was the cleanliness and the lack of professionalism I observed during my visits. While I was being given local anesthesia, the dental assistant and dentist were chatting with each other throughout the procedure, which made me feel that they were not giving the treatment their full attention. During my last visit, another male patient came into the office to complain about what he believed were unsanitary practices that had resulted in inflammation or infection around his tooth. Hearing this while I was there made me even more concerned about the hygiene standards of the office. More importantly, since having the deep cleaning done here, I have noticed a significant deterioration in how my teeth feel. I developed considerable sensitivity to both hot and cold, and my teeth now feel much more sensitive and problematic than they did before the treatment. I cannot say medically what caused these problems, but the change after my treatment here has been very noticeable and concerning. Based on my personal experience with the cleanliness, professionalism, and the condition of my teeth following treatment, I would not return to this dental office and cannot recommend it to others for sure.
