I called got an answer machine and left a message, very, very, poor customer service. I called them back, next day, I was place on hold 3 times b4 someone finally answer the phone. They said they haven't gotten a quote, after 4 months later. This is the F-ken worst dential office I have ever been to in this area. I highky recommend go to other dentist office with better customer service and forget this office. I would not be surprise if most of the 5 stars are paid.

I've never had a root canal before, but I don't think it could have been any more of a pleasant experience. I was moderately nervous but it helped that I felt safe under her care. The root canal was virtually pain-free. You can't really avoid the initial prick of the local anesthetic at the roof of the mouth. I've had worse lol. There was some post-op soreness (typing this about 6hrs after) but OTC meds alleviated most of it. I had zero issues with the office staff as well. We were able to share some knowledge about dental insurance. I hope I do not need another root canal in the future but if I do, I would want to do it here.

I loved how Dr. Chien explained what she would be doing prior to the procedure, and afterwards she would reiterate in detail what she did and show me the before/after pictures. The office was clean and had a soothing atmosphere. The music was relaxing, the chair was comfortable, and it felt almost as if I wasn't at the dentist. I truly felt comfortable and cared for here at Dr. Chien's office!
