When I arrived the service lane lines were incredibly full, with the back of the line deep into the parking lot. It is currently 10:06 and I still have not been checked in. If you say you have an appointment for me at 9:30 but I'm in line until after 10, then you don't have an appointment at 9:30, nor do you have one at 10:00. This shows an utter disregard for your customers' time and other appointments they may have. I know this isn't just a one-off because I asked a service agent if this was typical and he said it's been like this all month. Every employee I've spoken to has been wonderful and understanding. This is a management issue. If you've experienced high volume like this all month, then pivot and make fewer appointments for each time slot. To do otherwise is to put your greed and indifference toward your customers on full display. Do better.
