They conduct all of the eye tests in a professional manner. The techs are gentle with eye drops. Very thorough testing including photos of the eyes. The doctors are friendly & knowledgeable. Also, they have a great selection of eyeglasses & sunglasses. The techs are great at helping with lenses especially if you need progressive lenses.

Oh, sure, the doc's gone a little white on top, but it's only served to make him look even more dignified and charming. The same wood paneling and carpet graces the walls and floors. He's even kept on most of the same office staff since I was in middle school. I'm pretty sure the office is a hermetically sealed time capsule. She told me I'd have to see a plastic surgeon and my insurance would not cover it. That it would cost thousands of dollars. Very curt, and uncaring. Charged me $60 for visit. I then visited another optometrist who said he could remove in the office and my insurance will cover. He also asked to give me a cataract exam and told me I had cataracts. What a difference.

Went there 2 years ago and found out she was not longer there. Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.
