I do not recommend this business. While the rep who initially came out seemed knowledgeable, I was very disappointed when he and his company did not honor their word. I was quoted $14,000 to resurface our pool. I was told the job would take three days. It ended up taking almost six days. It appeared to not be finished as per our initial verbal agreement in which we clearly indicated that we wanted the pool resurfaced and the grout dealt with. They resurfaced the pool but did nothing with the grout. So we ended up with a brand new surface, but old grimy grout around the tiles. When I asked for them to finish the job as we had discussed and verbally agreed to, I was instructed to "read the contract". Sure enough, there was no mention made of the grout, so I was made to hire another contractor to complete the job for an additional $660. Fair warning .... don't trust a verbal agreement with this company. Read the contract carefully because the verbal agreement was not honored in my case. Then, to add insult to injury, after sucking it up and paying an additional $660 to have the job finished properly, I received another bill for $20.20. I assumed this was some sort of clerical error, since I had already paid the agreed upon, quoted, $14,000 in full. Later I received a dunning call from the company threatening to put a lean on my property if I did not immediately pay the additional $20.20. I paid that as well, since they claimed it was to cover a credit card billing expense. Again, this was a charge of $14,000 I had paid and they billed me an additional $20.20 for a "credit card expense". Unbelievable. I should have read the Yelp reviews of this company before choosing them for my project. There were others who had similar bad experiences. Hereafter I'm going to read Yelp reviews before choosing a contractor. And, I will carefully read any contracts following up what was agreed verbally to ensure they're not conveniently leaving key items out. read more

I had them replace the windows in my house about two years ago. The craftsmanship was very poor. Very crooked cuts in the window sills, exposed wood on the exterior, and they cracked some of the origin trim. Half of the windows were not installed the proper inset so the blinds don't fit and the window sills had to be cut very thin. So far, they have refused to address the issues. I do not recommend this company for window installation or general construction based on my experience. read more

I used LTC to execute a relatively substantial backyard renovation. Bryan Ashby, the project manager (he also happens to be a certified arborist and horticulturist), came to give me the bid. I only got 2 bids for this project but LTC came in more affordable than the other bid and I trusted Bryan to execute the plans due to the extensive landscaping knowledge he demonstrated while walking me through the details of the project. The LTC crew did a great job. They were consistently on site and when weather prevented them from coming, I was always notified. Bryan always come by each week to check on the progress of his crew, making some modifications when necessary. We ran into some unexpected issues with drainage due to the severe weather this year and Bryan proposed solutions which appears to have been effective so far. The crew also seamlessly worked with my landscape designer who came by several times to check on the progress. My landscape designer was very happy with their work. The project has been complete now for several months and everything looks great. Every plant that they put in has survived so far which is impressive given there were over 200 plants installed. I have nothing but great things to say about LTC and Bryan is an excellent project manager. read more

They just completed redoing our front yard including plants, lawn, installed steps and walkway, as well as redoing/widening our driveway. The gentleman doing the work, making the plans, choosing plants,etc., we're so professional and nice. Always on time and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Please continue to read why- I have lived in my apartment complex for a few years and every year they come and hack up my plants. This year when I noticed them doing the cutting one morning I asked the worker if he could not cut the plants outside my apartment because they looked really bad the year before and they still had not grown back out since the last time they were cut. He argued that's what they are supposed to do and look like however I grew up in a very nice neighborhood with these same plants and had landscapers and never did they look as bad as these do. He was kinda rude and just shook his head and walked away but I ultimately thanked him for not cutting them. However, come to find out, he came back the next week and completely DESTROYED my plants. They look like they've been trampled on and completely hacked up. One friend even commenting "omg what happened to your plant that's not even a plant anymore lol" I reached out to others to make sure I wasn't being dramatic and everyone including the property manager agreed they looked bad. Even going along to say that it would look better with NO plants at all over what they look like now. In addition to the poorly cut plants, the leafs they blow out of the streets/pathway they just blow into the grass bushes and plants so it's riddled with leafs they below from the cement. There's also trash that's been in the plants for monthhhsss and never once have they removed it from the bushes. (Assuming they would since they're paid to make the exterior and plants look good). I've talked to the property manager and the landscape manager was supposed to come look at them but I don't think he ever did - to my knowledge. I'm a plant person and grow/propagate many different plants at home so I pride myself on my plants looking nice. Now every day I leave and come home I have to look at this pile of broken leaves and hacked up plants and it's incredibly frustrating knowing all I asked was for them to leave them alone for one year to allow them to grow back and instead they came and hacked them up even worse.. I've come to the conclusion that I won't get any resolution and I can't do much because they're who the apartments have hired, not me, so all I can do is warn the public to not use this company. read more

Nick Huppe has been excellent to work with for my house remodel and addition. We had to redo a large patio with dry rot underneath the stairs, replacing all the tile that went along with it. We ended up redesigning the patio and fixing the dry rot. Practical to his approach that made sense to my cost sensitivity, and with great results. These guys did an AMAZING job on our trees!! And we have 7 large overgrown (not anymore) trees. They lightened up the load on these trees! They took great care not to disturb the squirrel nests. We love our trees and were so afraid someone would butcher them. These guys did exactly what we wanted and the trees look beautiful!!! SUPER HAPPY!!! And they cleaned up every last leaf and branch!! Do not hire this company!! The Landscape and Tree Co. hires very rude workers who are just plain lazy at what they do. This is how they clean up after they have mowed : they blow with those huge gas powered, polluting, obnoxiously-loud things and walk around blowing anything in the street in front of your house, on the driveway, gutters, walkways, patios and porches BACK onto your grass or in your flower beds /bushes. So yeah, the street looks nice and clean but your grass won't be, and your flower beds & shrubs will eventually become caked with dead leaves and debris! Your car and the house windows will be covered with dust and dirt! In the backyard they will blow everything into the next door neighbor's property over the fence. LAZY AF. Oh and it's difficult to talk to them sometimes due to the language barrier. read more

I wanted a simple estimate for a job, and Chris, the owner, turned me away based on budget. I emailed them, got no response for two days, and when I followed up I was promptly told it was not worth it given the ESTIMATED budget I suggested. I am a new homeowner and no idea what this kinda thing costs. I was looking to them to provide me somewhere to start and had room in my budget if needed to expand based on what I wanted. However, it is clear Chris is only interested in money. The crew was courteous and did an especially great job cleaning up the work area upon completion of the project. The price was extremely fair.
