My experience with Libby from start to finish was nothing but exemplary. Her salon is stunning and she greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She offered me a wide variety of beverages (I chose a latte) which just felt extra luxurious. My visit with Libby was to address concerns about hair thinning. I was super impressed with how thorough she was. Not only did we go through family history and medical history/ blood tests etc she made me a personalized supplement plan to hopefully address the problem. We finished the visit by looking at my scalp with a microscope (which was wild) so she could further assess my issue. A really nice touch was she took notes for me and send me a subsequent, follow up email w everything we discussed so I could be super present during the appointment. LT Style Loft is one of the happiest places I visit each month. Libby is an extremely skilled professional. She never assumes she knows what I want. She always asks how I feel about my hair and my appearance. She listens and offers her advice. In all of the years I've been with Libby, I've never been disappointed with the results. Finally....I have finally found my new hair salon! Not only is the salon adorable, clean and inviting, but my stylist Jean Marie did an amazing job on my hair! I have thin, frizzy, multi colored hair (from the prior stylists trying to fix my hair), and curly hair. She was amazing! Patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. On top of that, she is a easy person to talk to and likable. Next week I'll be meeting with Libby (the owner) to access my hair loss and come up with a plan to minimize it and hopefully get some back I'll keep you posted! read more

I want to start by saying this is my first ever review! I've never had such amazing service to be able to ever write a review that was worth it. Libby is absolutely AMAZING! I have finally found my forever stylist! It all started with me trying to get an appointment ASAP before I started a new job, and a makeover was definitely needed haha. Libby was so kind to get me in quicker than I thought and responded to my calls within an hour. I'm always nervous about going to a new salon because I never know what to expect but she relieved all of my anxiety with her text reminders, Digital Welcome Page, and a "Pre-Visit" link with all the information needed. She is so detailed and thoughtful. You can really tell she is passionate about her job and her clients. Libby makes you feel right at home at her salon and even offered me a drink and snacks. During the whole process I felt like we were best friends and I could talk to her for hours. I usually don't like small talk with my stylist but she was so sweet and easy to talk to. I had a mini scalp detox and hair style done by Libby Trujillo and I am very happy with the full experience and her professionalism. The salon is very cute, lots of natural light throughout the salon, and I was surprised by the pleasant aroma of winter time diffusing in the salon, thank you for not using artificial fragrances . As an aromatherapist I am always looking for businesses that use high quality products, especially if they contain essential oils. Libby uses high quality products and the scalp/neck massage give a nice way to relieve stress.
