In just five consecutive days, my kids made more progress than they've made in years! My son went from plugging his nose just to go underwater to gliding confidently and even jumping off the diving board -- no floaties and no nose plugging! My daughter Olivia mastered gliding and incorporated arms for the freestyle. It was amazing to watch. Ms. Carol is incredibly encouraging and skilled. She teaches out of her own heated pool, and her approach is direct and effective. She's the best swim teacher around. If you want real progress and a positive experience for your child, give her one two-week session -- they will swim! This was a summer bucket list win!

My daughter had taken a few other swim lessons elsewhere so she was very comfortable in the water and going under. I think this was a large contributing factor to our swim success as Ms Carole did not need to spend that time trying to get her comfortable with going under - and we could focus more on honing her skillset. One call out for new parents is that we are asked to leave the lesson. I hung out in the driveway and could still hear everything during the lesson. My recommendation would be if you have a child who is always looking to you for direction - its best to leave so they can focus on what Ms Carole is saying instead. You can always check out the last 5 minutes of the lesson - but I found it helpful to remove myself from distractions. We were really pleased with the progress we made over the summer and my 4 y/o daughter can successfully jump in the water and make it back to the edge from the deep-end.

"DO NOT GO WITH MTI SERVICES CORPORATION" You can find a better program and cheaper somewhere else…read more This company is practicing false advertising by offering on their website a 20h courses which is not approved by NMLS and then charging you the difference after. I had a very bad experience with this company. when you call, they is no one to answer your phone. Do not registrar for that class on their website : (http://www.mtiproed.com/subtype_classes.aspx?st=69723) It is a "fake" class that will not count as your 20h required by NMLS. Once you will complete that class and you will call the company to make sure they credit your account on NMLS, you will be surprise to find out that the class does not count and they will tell you your only option will be to pay the difference for the actual class that count for your NMLS License. This class is the same as the actual class. It is just a duplicate and they are offering it for $179 so they can lower you to buy it and then find out it doesn't count when it is too late so all you will have to do is pay for the same exact class that is actually approved by NMLS and priced at $329 (trust me, i took both classes, and they are identical, twin sisters). It is a deceptive practice and I'm in the process of filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the NMLS. Before you decide to use theirs services, make sure you are paying for the correct 20H course approved by NMLS . and also the 20H classes they are offering do not include the 2H required Colorado courses. They will charge you an additional price for those 2h, when you can find some other providers that are offering a 20h classes which include the 2h. In my case, I ended up spending about $450 ($350 for a 20h courses and $69 for an extra 2h Colorado content) when I could have spent only $209 from another provider including everything. You can check it for yourself, this website is approved by NMLS and is offering the same course: https://www.ameritrain.com/fe_category.php?type=prelicense&state=colorado If you want the same class for a very lower price, i recommend checking another option than MTI. Feel free to send me a message inbox if you have any questions. I will be glad to answer them for you.

Not only did he gain confidence and skills in swimming, but the entire facility was extraordinary. His teacher, Maya, was kind, patient and communicative; the space has great changing rooms and facilities; the team evaluates the children's progress and sends regular emails; and they celebrate the achievements as the children progress in a way that keeps them engaged and excited. I highly recommend this space in Centennial, and am so glad we found this swim school.

It set her up for success on a competitive swim team and instilled a love of swimming and personal perseverance. Now, after moving to CO and coming out of the pandemic, we looked into the nearest Goldfish for our other kiddos and they are loving their swim lessons and instructors! We tried a local recreation center because it was cheaper and it just wasn't working- the instructors didn't seem to care and really didn't have a great plan. Our daughter didn't learn a thing and even regressed a bit on some skills. Within just a few months back at Goldfish and she's doing so well! She's regained all lost skill and learned a few new things. We are very happy we brought them back to Goldfish!

This place is unacceptable. Not this specific location, but the South Denver office at 1934 W…read more Mississippi. I scheduled a driver's test, took time off work, and rearranged my entire morning because of their strict--and honestly unforgiving--policies: If I cancel less than 18 hours before my appointment, I forfeit $55 of the $98. If I arrive more than five minutes late, I also lose $55 of the $98 and the appointment is canceled. So I made sure to arrive early--well before my 9:15 AM appointment--to avoid any chance of being penalized. At 8:56 AM, less than 30 minutes before my scheduled test, while I was already inside the office, my phone rang. "Is this De'Anna? Has anyone called you?" I said, "No, I'm standing in the office right now." She casually replied, "Well, we're going to have to reschedule you." Let me emphasize this: they canceled on me with barely any notice, yet if I had canceled with that kind of notice--or arrived just a few minutes late--I'd be charged and lose most of my payment. The double standard is absolutely unacceptable. The explanation I received was that I could "drive up to Westminster" because "the routes were closed." If the routes were closed for them, why wouldn't they be closed for me? The whole situation felt dismissive and completely unprofessional. I told her that since they were canceling, I wanted a full refund, not credit. She repeatedly tried to pressure me into accepting a "credit on my account" and coming back another day. Absolutely not. I rearranged my work schedule for this appointment specifically to follow their rules--why should I be inconvenienced for their cancellation? She eventually agreed--reluctantly--and said it would take 7-10 business days to process. I even called later, and a woman named Vanessa assured me I'd receive a full refund. This morning, I checked their website and saw an account balance of $98. They credited my account instead of issuing the refund they promised. Why would I want credit with a business I will never return to--especially when I've already gone elsewhere and completed the test? This entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I'll be contacting my financial institution immediately. I strongly recommend going anywhere else for your driving test.
