As a new patient, they did not tell me ahead of time that their business was in a large shared building nor how to access their business. Red flag #2. I walked around the building and saw many doors and many businesses except theirs. I called them and left a message (no response). I also sent them a text message (no response). Waiting in freezing temperatures. It's about 45 minutes past my appointment time now and I still have not heard from them. Horrid.

After just a couple of visits, I went from looking like an eighty year hunchback to my usual chipper self. As a first time patient, Dr. Mikkelson did a great of diagnosing the problem and explaining the proposed treatment. She also discussed posture improvements and adjustments to my home office set-up to prevent the neck problems from re-occurring. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. Making the appointment was a snap and the insurance paperwork was handled without a problem. Should I need to make a future visit to the chiropractor, I won't hesitate to return to Dr. Mikkelson.
