I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new chiropractor. She's very knowledgeable, always willing to listen and specializes in prenatal care as well. She never pressured me to come in more than what was necessary, unlike so many other chiropractors I hear about. It was always easy for me to get in when I needed to, typically within a day or two. The reception staff is friendly and the clinic itself is very clean. I've had a couple of instances where they had me booked for a different time but they were able to squeeze me in anyways. I would highly recommend LSM.

If you ask me that is a rare combo in many health professionals! She is a true healer who loves her job and it comes through in your interactions with her. She is very thorough and intuitive. Her approach is gentle but has a huge impact on how you feel after, I have made great progress in my posture and alignment since starting as a patient with Natural balance. I have had such great outcomes that I referred a friend to her who also agrees that the care is top notch. During your first visit Chelsea really spends time with you to find out what your issues and needs are. She takes a photo of your posture and takes time checking your spine to pinpoint specific areas. During your second appointment she goes through the assessment with you thoroughly before your first adjustment. My neck has never felt so good. I feel as though I am in very good hands!

Chelsea kept my body in balance up until the day I delivered which I know helped tremendously during labor. Conrad has never had an ear infection and if we got a cold it was gone fast. Along with all her care, Chelsea is also very pleasant to work with. She is always eager to help and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Unfortunately, we recently moved away BUT we will never forget going to go get "tap-tap-tap" (as Conrad would call it) from Dr. Chelsea!!

They seemed shocked by this (how or why I don't know). All the staff members I've had the pleasure of speaking with are professional, yet personable and friendly. Every step of the way they keep you well-informed and leave plenty of time for asking questions. They are very respectful and put you at ease. I love how they combine gentle, hands-on, natural approaches to care with technology that actually objectively measures your progress. I was initially skeptical about the use of tech and integrating other specialties such as naturopathy in a chiropractor's office because I've been seeing chiropractors since I was a child and hadn't experienced more than an occasional x-ray or therapeutic massage before. I'm so glad I went through their complete process because it's resulted in excellent stamina, almost no chronic pain in spite of my many structural anomalies, and complete elimination of my severe digestive distress! I highly recommend that anyone with the slightest dissatisfaction in their energy or physical or even mental state for any reason give their office a call and get started! Definitely take all their advice to heart because it's absolutely more than worth it!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Back in Action Chiropractic today. I had previously…read morecontacted them to see about coming as a new client. However, I had some reservations because the interactions and the phone-answering service had a very corporate and unfriendly feel to them. On the second call I made to set up the appointment, the receptionist came across as a bit snotty. Even though I was calling more than a week in advance, she acted like I was putting her out to find a time for me and acted annoyed. In addition, I was told I would have to have X-rays every 3 years to continue to see them in the future, which I thought was extensive. Previous chiropractors I have seen have only required initial X-rays. X-rays cause non-ionizing radiation and can lead to cancer due to DNA breakage. One would think doctors interested in health would not require that. I was on my way to my appointment today and called to let them know I was coming. However, the receptionist told me my appointment was canceled because I did not call to confirm it earlier. I was shocked. I hadn't gotten a chance to call to confirm the appointment. I had driven from out of town to come. Anyway, I think if I make an appointment and haven't cancel it, I will be there. Many people, including myself, don't always have time to call and confirm every appointment they make. Although I can understand the policy, I don't think canceling the appointment of a person who needs help, because they didn't have a chance to confirm it, is a very professional or caring thing to do. I can't speak to the skills of the doctors who work at Back in Action as I have not seen them. I didn't get that far. I don't plan on making any future appointments.

Eventually it got to the point that I could no longer do all of the things that I needed to do, so I sought a local Chiropractor to see if any relief could be realized. Having never been to a Chiropractor before (at age 59) I did not know what to expect. Lucky for me, the Wellness Chiropractor Center was close to home and was covered by my insurance. Dr. Wehking gave me an emergency appointment, followed up by several additional sessions within a week, and I felt some relief even after the first session. He encouraged me that life would get better, and he was 100% correct. Life has been back-pain free for over a year and a half now, which I thought was impossible without surgery, and I owe a big thanks to Dr. Wehking for providing me with a good quality of life. I would recommend Wellness Chiropractic Center very highly to anyone with back problems. I went from having to endure severe pain, to being completely pain free !
