THEN I visited Dr. Anunson when my pain was going from a 6/10 to 8/10 depending on my activity. After a thorough exam and history, he knew exactly what was going on and said, I can help you. THEN I walked out after the first adjustment with 1/10 pain! I couldn't believe it! Second adjustment the next day, still 1/10 pain with increased range of motion. THEN I noticed my sleep improved which improved my mood. Four days later, 0/10 pain. I can't recommend this clinic high enough. I was treated with kindness and support from every employee.

I'd echo what Heidi said - "If you have to ask him a question he will answer it, but he will start to back away while talking, heading to his office. He just doesn't seem to want to take any extra time, even though the adjustment, itself, is only about 90 seconds to two minutes." When I asked about the clinic masking policy (staff do not wear masks over their noses, the chiropractors rarely wear masks over their mouth OR nose), Wade was defensive and flippant to my stance on public health concerns. Other patients are not wearing masks and in the small waiting room and office space, there is no area to wait if you are uncomfortable with the set up. Overall, the experience I had at this practice made me feel like just an opportunity for cash rather than a patient. Very disappointing given their lack of coverage with many local insurers and the fact that you may be paying out of pocket $50 for each visit up to 3-4 times a week.

My first appointment was a full consultation, including X-rays and a complete explanation as to how this would work and what to expect. This made me feel extremely comfortable. These guys were actually looking at my spine, not just guessing why my hand was going numb all the time and why my hips were constantly aching! I have been visiting for regular adjustments, 3 times a week, for almost two months now. I do not wake up in the middle of the night with my hips aching. I've stopped dropping things at work as my hand has not been going numb. They've won me over! On a further note: Everyone is kind, courteous, helpful and gracious in this office. All around-- an amazing experience.

This was a very very costly adjustment I feel I got little benefit. It felt more about the payment plan than helping the patient.

Dr. Wait works with your entire body in order to fix problems. The improvement I've experienced since I've been seeing her is amazing. I'd gotten so much worse in the last 10 years I was starting to think I would not have a chance at a normal healthy life but now that I've been greatly improving I'm looking forward to my retirement and the fact that I will e able to enjoy my time and not be in pain.

They are kind, easy-going and the treatment is excellent. I've suffered from chronic back flare-ups from spending a great deal of time in my car for work and my kids activities. Dr. Chris Hammes identified that my leg and back pain was primarily from hip alignment issues and his adjustments worked wonders. Many other Chiropractors I've seen have recommended extensive treatments (many visits) whereas Dr. Hammes did anything except over-treat. His adjustments were quick, easy, and didn't take nearly as long as I've experienced in the past (from other Chiropractors). I highly recommend Hammes Family Chiropractic on the west side of Madison!

I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails!
