She knows so much about the back and body. You move one way, and she knows just where you need to be adjusted. I've been to a few chiropractors before in different areas and none have been this confident in their knowledge, and so good at what they do. I even got my husband to finally get his back looked at by telling him how great she is! He came in and agreed with me. After speaking with a number of my neighbors (I was so old school in my pre-Yelp days), I decided to see Dr Jill Mikkelson in the Waunakee office of Bakke Chiropractic. And I'm so glad I did. After just a couple of visits, I went from looking like an eighty year hunchback to my usual chipper self. As a first time patient, Dr. Mikkelson did a great of diagnosing the problem and explaining the proposed treatment. She also discussed posture improvements and adjustments to my home office set-up to prevent the neck problems from re-occurring. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. Making the appointment was a snap and the insurance paperwork was handled without a problem. Should I need to make a future visit to the chiropractor, I won't hesitate to return to Dr. Mikkelson.

She's been great at checking in with me about how my shoulder is responding to running and races. My running is getting better and better and I'd recommend the Bakke office anytime.
