If you ask me that is a rare combo in many health professionals! She is a true healer who loves her job and it comes through in your interactions with her. She is very thorough and intuitive. She has helped me immensely in my commitment to health and wellness! Her approach is gentle but has a huge impact on how you feel after, I have made great progress in my posture and alignment since starting as a patient with Natural balance. I have had such great outcomes that I referred a friend to her who also agrees that the care is top notch. During your first visit Chelsea really spends time with you to find out what your issues and needs are. She takes a photo of your posture and takes time checking your spine to pinpoint specific areas. During your second appointment she goes through the assessment with you thoroughly before your first adjustment. My neck has never felt so good. I feel as though I am in very good hands!

Chelsea kept my body in balance up until the day I delivered which I know helped tremendously during labor. And now for the past 2 1/2 years my son Conrad and I have rarely missed our weekly visit with Dr. Chelsea. The treatments that we received kept us super healthy! Conrad has never had an ear infection and if we got a cold it was gone fast. Along with all her care, Chelsea is also very pleasant to work with. She is always eager to help and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Unfortunately, we recently moved away BUT we will never forget going to go get "tap-tap-tap" (as Conrad would call it) from Dr. Chelsea!!

I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! I'd totally recommend Dr. Schupp for any back pair or injuries.

I've now been going here for a couple of months, and it's one of the best things I've done for myself! Dr. James Fink and Dr. Ryan Fulleman are both really excellent people, who are very welcoming, personable, and most importantly, excellent at working out your kinks! The front desk staff are very friendly, always smiling and quick to start up a conversation. Their prices are excellent, and I LOVE having the option to purchase a wellness package! First all reviews are biased. I am thankful that i was able to get in immediately same day. I am…read moredisappointed in my last visit(after 8-9visits) at lsm and everyone at lsm that i have been in contact since. My advice is to not give them a card that they "keep on file," - charge before showing you a bill. LSM apparently operates defending - unknown charges - by not replying on the(re) litterally missing date(s)/description(s) on "receipt(s)" amounts. Would also recommend to get a copy of your xrays before you pay - cash with receipt. In 9 days; I have tried to talk to the secretary in person- only person in line (Kim at 2702 Monroe St. Madison WI 53711), email (central@lsmchiro.org), email the one she provided(lsmbilling@lsmchiro.org), called the number she provided ( 608-318-5929), and emailed another email that the person on that number gave me (srago@lsmchiro.org).  All with no explanation of the additional charge of $83.57 beyond my normal copay of $25 and refusal to provide me copies of my xrays. 11/24/25; I mentioned how I only had 1-2 appointments left on my insurance (i could not afford the multiple visits a week without insurance) for the year after all being used at LSM in a couple weeks for an injury that my work required written updates till next appointment to keep me on light duty.  Instead of less appointments per week (1), Dr. increased to 3 and told me to file for workers comp that durning my first visit; 13 days ago; was told that would be not worth it since low probability to prove.  Secretary overhead and provided me with forms for workers comp and told me that my bill for the day was more than my copay as in my previous 8 visits; that she could not explain in my receipt. From my perspective, and easiest explanation was a coordinated effort to back charge 4x-5x amount of each visit to workers comp instead of negotiated amount with my insurance, charge me additional fraudulent amount to force me to try to make it happen while withholding my xrays trying to prevent me to going to another doc/office...?

After purchasing the package, the rest of my adjustments were short, rushed, and ineffective. My last adjustments were done in less than 2 minutes. I felt like I was on an assembly line and the chiropractor was only going through the motions. Example: I was told take a deep breath and then hold it; I didn't even have the time to finish taking a breath in and the adjustment was already attempted and we were moving on. Flip over, and before I could position myself I was being pushed into place for another adjustment and I was so tense because I was concerned I'd fall off the table, but yet the chiropractor pushed on and attempted an adjustment but it was completely ineffective. I should have said something but the chiropractor was so confident in their skill I felt I would have been insulting them if I questioned their ability, I canceled the plan and won't be back for future care.
