I have worked with other chiropractors in the past, and so far she is at the top of the list! Over the past year I have been working a lot and not taking care of my health as I should be. I could barely turn my neck, my middle back was a mess, and I was in constant pain. My back is back to normal and the neck is improving. She is friendly, easygoing. So glad I found a chiropractor I am comfortable with! I always leave the office relaxed :) I highly recommend her!

You should read those, they are legitimate and good reviews of this place. I was in Madison for a month to do a show with Madison Opera. In the first two weeks here I tweaked something in my neck and got badly out of alignment somehow to the point where I couldn't lie down in my hotel bed to sleep without great pain. Because I don't live here, I had no option to have chiropractic care covered by insurance so I looked around for practices that I could afford. This was the ONLY practice here that doesn't charge exorbitantly high initial consultation fees in a money-grabbing effort to try to lock you in as a long-term customer. When I found Dr. Cooper online, he was more than happy to work with me and give me an adjustment at a low fee even though I was only going to be a one-time customer. I could not be more thankful for his help, he completely relieved the intense pain I was experiencing, allowing me to get back to sleep and work without having to spend far more than I could afford. He is straightforward, refreshingly quirky, and very confident and professional about his craft. You'll learn he has developed an approach to chiropractic that allows him to be very specific and thorough in making the necessary corrections. I felt immediate improvement when I hopped off the table, and then continued to have things shift around for the better throughout the day. I recommend Dr. Cooper for anyone needing chiropractic care in Madison, but especially so if you are a visitor like me in dire need of an adjustment at a very fair rate, with an easy scheduling process.

I currently see Dr Leila Midelfort. She is warm, smart and willing to go the extra mile. You feel she is truly invested in you as a person not just a patient. She appears stretched way too thin and I hope that will change as new staff comes aboard. This is truly family care, loads of babies and plenty of older faces like mine. Give it a try.

The front office staff and doctors talk at you like you've just wasted their time and love to contradict your own experience or dismiss you outright. Rude and discouraging. And then, when you do find a provider you like she leaves (no fault to her for that) but as a patient at the clinic you have to go back on the "waiting list" because the other providers aren't taking "new patients"....even when you aren't a new patient to the clinic. I wanted to like this place, I wanted the small clinic feel where I thought it would be warm and welcoming, not the busy rushed atmosphere of the large mega clinics in the area. I tried for almost 10 years; Not worth it. As I get older I am going to need a place that listens to me and treats me politely. Unless they overhaul the staff I don't see that happening here so I'm doing something I should have done years ago. Leave.
