Melissa did a complete evaluation and some adjustments on the first appt and at the 2nd appointment she turned her focus to my collarbones, though I never asked her to. Melissa was focusing on my collarbones, asking questions. I told her they were fine and to leave them alone. She then said that the right was not moving like the left. I told her to leave them alone. Melissa said that she could increase the movement on the right. I said, "Leave it alone." And with that Melissa pulled and my collarbone shifted. It's now years later and my collarbone hurts every day. I went back a week after the initial injury from her "adjustment" and asked her to correct what she did. She evaded the area and never worked on it or me again, Over the years I've tried to get someone to correct what she did, but nobody will touch it. So buyers beware! Melissa doesn't listen to her patients. She thinks she knows best and then won't own-up to her mistakes.
