Example: I was told take a deep breath and then hold it; I didn't even have the time to finish taking a breath in and the adjustment was already attempted and we were moving on. Flip over, and before I could position myself I was being pushed into place for another adjustment and I was so tense because I was concerned I'd fall off the table, but yet the chiropractor pushed on and attempted an adjustment but it was completely ineffective. I should have said something but the chiropractor was so confident in their skill I felt I would have been insulting them if I questioned their ability, I canceled the plan and won't be back for future care.
