We used Icon Creative for about 8-10 months as a printing partner - running large 1000 unit shirt…read moreorders. Initially their printing and services were excellent - they offered advice, color matching and the end product was excellent. Over the 10 months their quality dropped dramatically - even with simple repeat orders. We had logos that were meant to be centered about 1-2 inches off center; print that was meant to be to the side of the shirt simply place in the center, skewed aspect ratios and incorrect colors - even though it was a simple reprint. The last order we placed had to be sorted through and we removed about 50% of the shirts as they were misprinted. Initially the company offered compensation for the previous order and store credit, but the last shipment we received radio silence and no offer of compensation or refund. In talking to them on the previously bad run, they mentioned changes in operations and issues they were trying to iron out... seems like it's just getting worse. Try them if you want to take the risk - their pricing is good and they have the potential - but it's a big risk.

After calling quite a few times, I finally got an answer that the shirt will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday of this week. I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today. I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday. They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I've spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won't have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund. It was a large order, but we delivered design, colors and size information meticulously organized. They responded with a correct invoice. That's the last time anything went on track. The entire order missed the projected deadline. Only half the shirts were processed due to machine issues. We collected these shirts and waited for the rest. More machine issues kept several shirts in their possession with lots of processes of 'delivery Monday'. We were ghosted from mid-September to mid-October with no responses to multiple emails about incorrect shirts, the missing shirts and a random invoice we were sent. Finally the owner claimed to be getting involved but we heard nothing again. Then his response was the missing shirt would be 'delivered Monday'. No other status updates or comments. Nothing came on Monday. Super shocked. You can't call, it's all unreturned voicemails. Emails are sent into the void with no responses. Don't use this place.
