Lon and Dave are excellent technicians, and reliable and trustworthy business people. My wife and I have taken our cars to them for 4 or 5 years now, and have been fully satisfied with their work and prices. Their shop rate is one of the lowest in our area, yet they do some of the best work around, and are incredibly friendly people to deal with. We've taken our Honda Odyssey minivan to them for the past several years for everything from inspection, to AC issues, and transmission issues. I've also taken my EM1 Honda Civic project car to them for miscellaneous work (motor mount installs, etc) that I can't do on my own or with my father in law's help, and they've been great with the project stuff, too. ZERO RECOMMENDATIONS TO COME HERE!!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND WILL DO THE SAME TO ALL OF YOU!! I…read moreeven had the chance to speak with the owner. No not amanda, her "husband kenny". He told me he was the owner. Completely rude older man and had zero compassion towards his customers. To make a long story very short. I took my car to get inspected there. They called me to tell me it could not pass inspection unless they remove my fog lights. Because there is no power to them and they had a tiny bit of condensation in them. Also over $1300 for a new exhaust from the cat back because of a hole the size of a dime. They told me to fix the fog lights "the cheapest and fastest way" (quoted directly from them and their pictures) was to remove the lights. They returned my car not inspected, and no lights. I took it to a real mechanic who is very honest with what the customers need. Trust me, I got lucky finding him. Finding a good honest mechanic shop these days are extremely rare. I had both the muffler welded the fog lights reinstalled and put in the new $2 dollar fuse. All together paid $137.00. The reason the lights did not work was because a fuse was blown. A $2.00 fuse. So I got charged $153.00 to take the lights out. When all it simply needed was a $2 fuse? Come on now. I was lied to and taken advantage of. Taken them out was clearly not the cheapest fix. I very nice and respectful calling the owner. I wish I could say the same for them. My wife and I will never be back and neither should any of you. If you're looking for a good honest mechanic, this place is the complete opposite of that. They have zero customer service. And the owners do not care at all. This place is definitely not for the people. Sadly I ran out of ways to correct the issue. I hope this saves some of you. Don't get ripped off and over charged as I did. So glad I didn't let them get me for more. But they will try with next one BEWARE!!!

I've had a variety of cars including a Nissan Altima, Ford Mustang, Lincoln Mark LT, Honda Accord and Volvo S60. They have been very knowledgeable on all of them. They only perform requested work and will always recommend options when something needs done. You never feel like they are piling on service or unnecessary work. My transmission went on my 2015 Nissan Altima right at 80,000 miles. I could not find anyone to fix…read moreit because it was "imported" or because it was a CVT transmission and "they "always go out." Reached Ken at Emory and we discussed how car acted and that I now had no gears. He offered to have the car towed at no expense to check it out first. Determined it was definitely the transmission and gave me an estimated cost. I was told a new Nissan transmission would be installed and the work would be completed in just over a week (it was around Thanksgiving). Turns out the car was finished two days early and a bit under the estimate. The car runs and shifts better than ever. I am so pleased!!
