The whole place smells like dead old people, musty clothes, and old furniture that's been sitting in somebody's house for 50 years. Gross. I'm sorry, but nobody is trying to steal the janky old bags locked up in the case. If you love treasure hunting, plan to spend a few hours at Antique Gallery of Houston in…read moreSpring--you'll need the time! This place is massive, with booth after booth of unique finds. The booths are marked with a letter and number so you can keep track of where you've been! Every time I turned a corner, I discovered something different. From beautiful china and vintage collectibles to outdoor metal art and furniture, there's truly something for everyone. One of the coolest things I came across was furniture that had been used on movie sets. The workers were very friendly. When they saw us carrying items, they would tag it with our name and bring it to the check out counter so we didn't need to carry it while we browsed. I also appreciated that they have a small eating area on-site. After hours of shopping and exploring, it's nice to be able to grab a bite without leaving the building. This is the kind of place where you never know what treasure you'll find next. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Spring area and enjoy antiques, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind pieces!

Fantastic experience!!! Everyone was so personal and warm…read more I wish I could give them 10 stars! I was urgently looking for a leather sofa and loveseat. Raul was very helpful on the phone, sent pictures and measurements, and my husband and I went right away. They were the perfect high-quality leather sofa, and loveseat at the perfect price! (The shop was lovely and I found a few other eclectic items as well!) At checkout, when I explained why I needed the leather (having allergic/anaphylactic/respiratory reactions to a new fabric sofa and loveseat we purchased 6 weeks ago), Raul went above and beyond. Raul personally arranged for his delivery man to come in at 7am to load and deliver the next morning before the store opened so I wouldn't have to wait 3-5 days for delivery. I didn't ask for special treatment - he did it out of the kindness of his own heart! In fact, Raul (owner) himself and his driver delivered, set up, and picked up the other set for me at 8:00 the next morning. I cannot thank them enough for their care, concern, and willingness to go the extra mile to help me!!! They are literally lifesavers!!! Potros Resale will be my first stop and my first and highest recommendation from now on!

It's organized in sections but it's a lot to take in. Most things were sold by weight or number of items which was very affordable.
