Performed an electrical panel changeout with quality SIEMENS equipment and hooked up an electric tankless hot-water heater. Performed master skill in everything I had asked plus more. What an amazing group of people. From appointment setting to quoting to providing proof of license and insurance, to knowledge, to timeliness, good pricing and last but not least getting the job done neatly and professionally with a great friendly attitude. Everyone else quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to install a 14-50 outlet so I can charge my Tesla. These guys were the only ones who brought the equipment to my house from day 1 and knew exactly what I needed and had plenty of experience doing this and were able to make recommendations. If you need an electrician, call LP first! He came to our place, well over an hour away from the job he was doing, to provide an estimate on the work. He wasn't able to do the work at that time, so he agreed to come back at 6:30am the next morning before our shop opened so we could avoid having to close our business. He showed up on time, with a crew, and completed the work quickly, neatly and before we opened our doors. The entire team was professional and knowledgeable, and his prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies we considered. I needed two new power outlets installed, and a number of others replaced. I was able to get a quote and set up an in-person consultation all through Yelp. They were quick with responses. On the day of the consultation, they called me to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. They assessed the situation and found a more efficient way (than a different electrical company consultation) to complete the job without opening up a wall. They worked quickly and effectively, were careful to wear their mask for COVID-19 safety, were friendly and they answered all of my questions. I have gone through a lot of different electricians. Many of them claim they know what they're doing but in reality they have no clue. Let me tell you about Luis from LP general services, he's truly one of the most professional and knowledgeable electricians I have had the pleasure in contracting. Installed a new lamp post and changed some outlets and switches. And, in doing it the installer was on time, polite, cleaned up the mess, personable, etc. The price bid by "My Electrical Genie" was offered right away - they were the first to respond to my listing. And they responded with a price. Others didn't respond with a price even though my project was very specific, simple, and with pictures! The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was!
