Each member on her team plays a vital role. Alice is wonderful she goes above and beyond helping patients figure billing out so we don't have too. Amanda the dental assistant is always smiling and a will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Lisa the dental hygienist is real gentle and the whole time she is cleaning your teeth she's educating you about proper care of brushing/flossing. They let you know the cost, what insurance will cover and your final out of pocket cost ahead of time. The hygienist is very friendly, always concerned about if you're comfortable. She does a great job and prefers to do the cleaning with tools which to me seems less painful. Now we get to Doctor Montag who is a doctor that believes in modern technology and isn't afraid to get it. Today I went in for a cleaning, and informed the hygienist that a cap had fallen off last week. She took an X-ray and Dr Montag came in to look at it. He then informed me that a client had cancelled and that he could take care of it right away. I decided, why wait! One of the great things about this office is he has invested in the equipment to make a crown right away. Within an hour he had it made, installed and I don't have to return. I have to say, it's been the nicest and kindest office I have been to yet. The staff are all wonderful and my experiences have been nothing but positive. From the moment I walk in, I feel comfortable. The office is bright and clean. I'm greeted at the door and I'm never left waiting too long. It feels like everyone always has smiling faces-- even when I was once pretty late and they probably should have turned me away, they didn't (not that I advocate showing up late, but that just goes to show you how kind and patient they were with me). My hygienist is Nicole, but my husband sees Kari. Neither of us have a single complaint (and my husband is the hardest patient to please! He seems to hate anything related to the medical profession). I feel like most hygienists in my experience leave you with throbbing sore gums from poking and prodding, but neither of us ever feel that way with Nicole and Kari. They give great advice and referrals (my husband had to get his wisdom teeth pulled and the office they sent him to was equally wonderful). They are so easy-going and friendly. I actually enjoy seeing my hygienist each visit, as does my husband :) I love how high-tech everything is. X-rays are digital, they use computers to schedule our next appointment right in the room and give us a print-out of the newly scheduled date. They always call to confirm appointments and if I can't make it for some reason (for example, I ended up having surgery right before my last appointment and I hadn't even thought to call them to reschedule until my appt reminder) it's never a problem to reschedule and they get me in as quick as they can. Lastly, Dr. Zitofsky is great. I always feel comfortable in his care and he even diagnosed a jaw issue that none of my previous dentists had ever mentioned before. With his suggestions I am sleeping better and feeling better during the day! And his suggestions weren't monetary ones-- a simple prescription, and easy over-the-counter solution that I use as needed. We are talking maybe $20 every few months, not thousands or even hundreds. When my insurance didn't cover something, I was only charged the insurance rate (as I've seen in every practice I've been to, and that has been quite a few as I've moved around a lot). I'm just extremely satisfied overall with this entire office. It's easily the best office I've been a patient at and I feel so fortunate that it's the one I've chosen now that I've stopped moving around. My husband and I will be here for the years to come, and when we have children, there is no place I would feel more comfortable taking them.

Dr. Sachakov and Sakina gave me their full attention during the nearly 1.5-hour appointment. Whenever they needed to step out, they never left me waiting for long. The numbing/novocain was expertly done. I felt no pain during the appointment, but Dr. Sachakov managed to do that without over-numbing me, which I personally find really unpleasant. Both he and Sakina were painstaking and thorough throughout the appointment and asked me all along the way if I was doing okay or if I needed more numbing. Dr. Sachakov took over the practice of a beloved local dentist here--never an easy undertaking. In my mind, he and his staff provide as good or better care.
