He covered his shoes and found that the birds had not traveled to the attic. He spoke to my son while he was moving items off the floor of the closet to get in the attic. The gentleman came out and treated the area of concern. Unfortunately the nest was bigger than anticipated because they came back within a week. This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. The guy who seems as far as I can tell to be the only employee, said he wasn't sure he was allowed to discuss that with me and had to have his manager call me. It was a huge red flag because all pest control people who are licensed should know that they are required by law to not only tell you what chemicals they use, but show you the labels of their chemicals as well as their license number before providing a service.
