I believe that there have only been three times this lawn mowing season where my patio and entryway have been blown off. Today I swept the patio yet again. Part of any job is cleaning up afterward. I know that the blowers are working because after the bushes were trimmed yesterday (in that sculpturally artistic shape of lightbulbs that Total Package is known for), the mulch was blown and scattered into the yard. I raked that up too. I have neighbors who are not able to get out and do this cleanup themselves, but we are paying Total Package for completing the work. There are 60 condos in this development, so this is a contract I would think Total Package would want to keep. Also, I think the weed-whacking could be done at a bit higher level so that the grass doesn't get taken down to the dirt. There are many spots that have been gouged out. We want to be proud of our yards.

We have bid many tree companies in the area and we were so excited to hire Shoe's! Will hire them again and recommend them to everyone we know. Professional, knowledgable and affordable.

While we did wait for several months to get a spot in their busy schedule, the wait was worth it. Their team was professional, courteous and skilled. They listened to our requests and followed them carefully. Another plus is that they're a contractor for Toledo Edison, so you can choose to finance the service via your electric bill - with no interest! We had serious problems with many other tree services, including inflated quotes due to our neighborhood and reluctance to do the job; many who refused the work outright or said, literally, "We don't need your business"; and most who just never returned our calls. One even booked an appointment to give a quote then drove away when they saw the tree. If you've had this experience, don't give up - call Shoe's Tree Service.

Big swing will without a doubt be referred to all of our family/friends for any and all tree services. They came today to cut down two MASSIVE pine trees we had in VERY tight conditions near our fence, home, and power lines. We are so happy we hired them to do this job for us. They came on time and worked nonstop until the job was done. The whole entire team worked so well together and they all seemed so happy to be there. It was SO fun to watch them climb up the trees and cut piece by piece to ensure our home's safety. When the job was done, they cleaned up as if the trees weren't even there to begin with. We swear they about vacuumed the yard because we know those pine trees were a MESS to begin with from all of the needles shedding. Not to mention they cut up and organized a ton of wood next to our shed because we wanted it as firewood! If you're considering getting very large trees (or any sized trees) removed, don't hesitate to give Big Swing the job! You won't regret it!!!
