Carli can give you any kind of cut. I went to her for the first time last fall and got a very short haircut. A totally new style for me. I decided to let my hair grow out because this cut was rather high maintenance. But she did a fantastic job and I got a lot of compliments on the short hairstyle. Then I went back to Carli again today. April 2026. Six months later. And I got completely different hairstyle. She cut my hair the way I've liked to style it for many years. Once I get a good cut, I find it easy to style my hair on my own with a round brush and hair dryer. $60 for the shampoo, cut, blow dry and styling. Tip not included. read more

I went to Lox Salon today for the first time. I scheduled with Taylor, and I'm very happy with her,her hair talents and wonderful personality. She listened to my needs and wants,and she made some suggestions that I liked. After shampooing and conditioning my long hair,she proceeded to cut off about seven inches of hair. I was not happy with my hair when I walked into the salon,and I left the salon feeling so much better than when I entered. My hair now has layers,and movement, and I no longer feel weighed down by my much too long hair. Taylor is a mood lifting, joy of a stylist, and she is going to be my stylist from now on. Excellent!!! Can't say it enough. What a great experience! It was my first time at this salon and I saw Jessica - she listened to all of my concerns and made me feel at ease within minutes. I felt pampered and comfortable the entire time. My hair turned out beautiful and I booked my next appointment before I left. I got a total color, cut and blow dry - since she was bringing my hair back to a baseline color and cut it was all over color which is a bit more expensive at first - well worth it. I highly recommend this salon. In this case you definitely get what you pay for. Oh, and they have a points incentive for free products and services! I'm still coming here to see Chelsea and she is still doing an amazing job with my hair! She truly cares about its integrity and is honest about what she thinks I should, and shouldn't, do with my hair so that it can grow back out in a healthy way. I did have to take a break from coloring my hair here for budgeting reasons, but now I'm able to come back and she did a fantastic job taking my hair (which had multiple colors and dimensions from my botched job at home every month) from a crazy array of blondes and browns and greys and grown out highlights to a beautiful, healthy, shiny chocolate brown which I have tried (and failed) many times to achieve at home. 15/10 recommend seeing Brooke Z. for micro blading your brows. She is amazing. I was a little nervous going in that I'd come out looking like a Disney villain, but they honestly look amazing and the discomfort during the process is minimal. The salon itself is beautiful. It was my first time at Lox at their new location in Transit. The place looks wonderful and everyone was very nice. I did not have an appointment and I walked in to see if they can get a women's cut. To my surprise I didn't have to wait and the stylist I believe her name was Stephanie greeted a few moments I got in. She was very nice, explained other options for my hair cut, and it turned out pretty nice. She also makes conversations so the whole time I was getting cut I didn't get bored. Stacey is my hairdresser for years and I cannot imagine my hair being touched by someone else!! She is great. Very patient and listens to me and delivers exactly what I ask for from hair color to hair cuts. I have very thick and long hair (Indian hair) but she always make sure to give me enough time. I never feel rushed. I've been to multiple hair dressers who do not have much experience with thick dark hair and have done poor job but Stacey is the bomb.com! I didn't have a good experience here. I went in to get my hair and bangs touched up. I expressed what I wanted done at the beginning of the appointment, but the stylist did not touch base with me at all throughout to ask me if it was how I wanted it. She only spent about 10 minutes cutting it and the rest of the time styling it. I left feeling disappointed. When I called later in the afternoon to express that I would like to come back in to have it fixed, I was told that she didn't have any available time until 6 days away. Lox Salon was perfect for my wedding! I had Kristi do my hair and make-up and she was phenomenal. During the trial she did my hair twice just to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it on my wedding day. For my trial I was at the salon for almost 2.5 hours chatting with Kristi and getting everything perfect! She cared so much that I got exactly what I wanted it was the perfect experience. Then on my wedding day my hair did not move an inch and it stayed perfect the whole day. My make-up was beautiful and looked awesome in pictures!
