The downstairs has a receptionist right when you walk in. Behind her is an area for cutting and styling hair. The salon is chic and set up well. Amber is a great conversationalist. I wasn't stressed at all during my visit and the time spent there went by very quickly. I had her highlight my hair with blonde highlights and cut an inch and a half off. She did a really great job.
