If it's a must, he'll talk through options and answer any question you have, no matter how simple it may be. For the One star reviews, you'll notice a recurring trend. The patient or reviewer has been the root of the issue. Ie: showing up late, missing appointments, not understanding their own insurance coverage etc. you're an adult, take responsibility for knowing your coverage and asking questions when you're unsure and show up to appointments on time. Yes, this is a business.... they are assisting and scheduling more people than just you. If you show up late they have every right to turn you away. I originally was serviced at the Cherry Creek location since I lived close by. I then moved east and went to the Aurora location. Every single time I had gone there over the last few years I have had a different dentist. The team members must be playing a game of musical chairs because I do not see the same people working there when I go to get a cleaning/check-up. On my most recent visit x-rays were taken by the dental assistant, an x-ray body shield was not put on me to protect me. Not sure if that is a new process or protecting me was ignored. I feel that Just U Dental has too many shortcuts. My insurance recently changed and I was not asked about the change to update. Instead I was asked to pay out of pocket repeatedly by one of the doctors. That was the final straw that broke the camels back. I have no intention of going back and am looking for a new dental facility. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it is conveniently located for me.

The Dr. was able to get me into a crown appointment in 2 days, which was great. I was told the next day the dentist became ill and I would not be able to get in for a few weeks. They said they can look at the schedule and see if they can get me in... That also did not happen and I had to call to follow up on what they said they were going to do. I dunno for something emergent going on they are treating this absolutely not emergent. I hope I don't end up with endocarditis. I would love to try another place but given I just had x rays done here I'm already established I'm stuck. If this is how Dentists of Wash Park deals with their patients it seems like they truly don't care.
