Unreliable, Poor Communication, and Incomplete Work…read more We had a very disappointing experience. The company didn't show up on the scheduled day and never called to reschedule. We had two homes lined up for service, but they only brought enough mulch for one and complained that driving back for more was too far -- not exactly our problem after we paid for the full job. We also paid for spring cleanup, but the work was rushed and sloppy, with many areas completely overlooked. When we followed up, they refused to come back and finish the job, saying their crews were now working elsewhere. To make matters worse, communication was terrible -- emails went unanswered, and there was no effort to make things right. Would not recommend.

After the work was done, I was expecting the invoice to be another $450. Color me shocked when it was $1500!! I guess in the quote, labor was 3 hours * 4 people * $75/hour * 0. They don't want to "promise" labor would be a certain amount so they just set that to 0. The original quote was missing $900. When I called to complain, I got a very "generous" $70 off. My landscaping looks great, but I feel super scammed. Beware.

We called and within just a couple of weeks they came and removed the old cement edge and replaced it with a much deeper cement edge. They replaced the soil and mulch perfectly. They'll be back to seed the narrow area of sod that was removed along the walk. Clean up was immaculate. All at no additional cost. Their priority was to "make it right" I highly recommend them.

Some previous reviews commented on language barrier. Yes, they are Hispanic but we could communicate with some words and some gestures. No problem.

RUN TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY! I am so extremely disappointed…read more Ray did open my system today, replaced a valve, & a sprinkler head. I was so shocked and pissed to be charged $160 for one sprinkler head (that does not match any of the other heads throughout my yard) without being told about it or discussed other possible options. Just before he leaves, Ray mentions the irrigation box will need to be replaced soon. (No other company I have used in the past, has ever mentioned anything wrong with the box.) I asked him, "is it sinking or not working properly?" Ray stated, "No, it's just old." I am so pissed & embarrassed. On One income, a $160 sprinkler head, and a $325 total bill for 20 minutes of work, is the absolute last thing I needed to pay for! Lesson learned for me. I will never be doing business here again. If a service cannot explain/discuss what is being done and what the pricing is as repairs are being made, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Just so pissed and disappointed.
