Initially,…read morethe planning was very smooth we started early winter to make sure we got a full season of use. They drew a design quoted a price and signed an agreement and took a deposit. With a guaranteed start in early May 2017. Between contract and start, they terminated the only contact I had. After weeks of calling, they finally returned my call and I got my very first introduction to Angie. She advised they could "put me on their schedule" in July. It took the entire summer to complete this job as they worked "intermittently" as they had many other jobs. One would think with all the lag time they had they could at least order the correct hardscapes - That was hardly the case, in fact, while I could never prove it, it appeared they were ordering as they went along and most orders were incorrect at that. Most significantly they ordered the wrong length of steps 4 feet instead of 5' which changed the entire design on the upper level, which forced the other contractors to re-design and change things up to accommodate for the "Loweries re-design on the fly" and they indicated those steps are no longer available-mind you I was their design. In addition within 2 years, every $750 tree all 7 of them died, all of them starting dying within the first year, and I advised frequently.  I ended up having to replace all of them with another company, which eventually told me they were improperly planted. Angie (she has an excuse for everything) will tell you they were out of warranty and I did not water them enough - even though I hired their recommended sprinkler company and they set all timers, schedules, etc, based on the Type of Plants. Since 2018 I have continued to pay significant dollars to correct the ongoing fiasco, wrong plant types for full sun, wrong plant types for shade, This is by FAR the worst company I have ever worked with in terms of workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. Angie one of the owners is consistently rude, condescending, and never admits a mistake even when her foreman says yes this is our error.  I have waited years to post this review, instead saying lessons learned, move on- however, Angie continues to bill me for services they never performed, plants that have never been planted, work that was clearly sub-par, and errors that in the end cost me thousands of $$ due to their errors Strongly encourage anyone to run the other way. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company.
