As a DIYer, I can spend hours in Lowe's just browsing, planning, and getting inspired. The customer service is always on point, which makes every visit worth it. Today it was Angel who shined! Thanks so much for taking your time with me today. I'm installing a new bathroom faucet and had questions about one of the tools that I needed. He told me that he's currently in school for plumbing and was excited to work through this with me because it was helping him to test his knowledge. At the end, he made some recommendations and assured me that he was usually about 99% percent correct. We laughed and I told him I'd come back and look for him to help me again if it didn't work. I have a complaint regarding the refusal of an exchange or store credit. In April 2025 I purchased 2 Magnetic Screen Doors. I have NEVER opened or unsed either of the Magnetic Screen doors. On 2 attempts I have explained that I am not able to use either of the screen doors because they are to short for my doors. They are 83 in tall and my doors are 95 in. I have been to the store twice and called the 800 445 6937 Customer Service Center and was told there is nothing that can be done. I have been a consistent customer of Lowes since I bought my first house in October, 1999. I understand the 90 refunds policy however I am ONLY asking for an exchange or store credit. read more

Bought Maytag washer end of Jan. Paid for delivery and installation. But noticed after the first wash, the was unstable and unbalanced. Was knocking into dryer. Garden Center Lowe's has a very wide garden center. Overall, the plants look like they are regularly watered and there are many to choose from. Plant prices depend on type, style, and quantity, so I can't give a general price range. As a fairly new houseplant parent, the Exotic Angel plants come in many varieties. The smaller exotic angel pots are $5 and the others are around $8. There are some plants here and there that aren't in the greatest condition, like any box store, but they also have clearance plants. I found this succulent as a gift, pot and all, priced today 2 for $10 (originally $12 each) overall in good condition. read more

I went in looking for cabinet hinges and found the display area in total disarray. Hundreds of packages of assorted hinges were dumped in display bins with no organization. It was impossible to find even 4 matching sets in the same finish. It was early in the day and there were many uniformed staff members walking around. Fairly typical customer experience these days, but disappointing. read more

The only reason why I went here is because of its convenient location. My experience at the cash register was terrible. The loyalty card wouldn't scan at self check-out. I went to another register, and somebody cut in front of me. The only other available register was vacant because the cashier was having an extended conversation with two people. Were they customers? The young lady working the register at the pro-desk today was so very welcoming and knowledgeable about anything we asked....we walked into the store and were immediately greeted by a beautiful and very dedicated employee whose name was simply MJ.... she obviously enjoys working there and makes you feel welcome as if she has known you her whole life... we had our puppy with us and they instantly bonded.... he's a border terrier and can be a little spunky sometimes but they immediately bonded.... I typically don't leave reviews simply because I feel they probably don't really help the specific person who deserves to know she absolutely made my day much brighter!! So this is an update, I am sure I left a review a long time ago. Pretty disappointing this time. I was looking for some pipes to build a post with. I wanted to make it 3/4" pipe, but there wasn't enough and they were bent. So I had to switch to 1" pipe. And then try to track down all the fittings. Very frustrating searching through the bins and they're all mixed up. Eventually found enough stuff that would work together. My other mission was bandsaw blades. No luck at all. Anyway, went to pay. No cashiers at all. Only the self serve was open. So, no service, poor inventory management, poor quality stock. Two stars is pretty generous. read more

The customer service was AMAZING!! Coco was the associate in appliances who worked with me. This was my 3rd frustrating visit to Lowes and this time thankfully, I hit the jackpot. Coco was excellent. She took her time and worked with me, went to the back to find the item I needed, went to great lengths to find the refrigerator in stock, consulted with other employees as needed to validate things she was unsure of, accompanied me to the check out, made sure to select the cashier who was most knowledgeable, troubleshooted with the cashier, and stayed until my purchase was completed successfully. She was up beat and extremely positive. When Lowes other sales associates said, "no" and stopped, she persisted. To top it all off, she even found me a can of LYSOL!!!! TOUCH YOUR NEIGHBOR..... This review is specifically about their delivery service and customer support. Which is offensive even in this new era of service with a snarl. Lied to repeatedly, hung up on, and could not get ANY answers, even to the question "if you can not do it just let me know, I can cancel the order, no problem". Lying and sending you to someone else who will never answer or worse yet, pick up the line and hang up on you without a word spoken seems such a reflex. I never thought I would say this but I am going back to Home Depot where the in store experience is horrible but delivery has been, in my limited experience, far superior. I shopped for about an hour and a half or two hours at this slows how about $400 worth of merchandise when I went to the register one of the merchandise a keychain didn't ring up the sounds lady got pulled up on her scanner and tell me it was two cents so I walked halfway across the store and got the other two there wasn't but three and come back and she said we can't sell it and I said why not she said cuz it's not for 2 cents and I said well that's what you said it wrong up for and she said but we can't sell nothing for two cents. So I went back in to talk to the manager and asked why they couldn't sell it for what it rang up and said are you going to lose $400 worth of sales over six cents and he said yeah worst customer service when I went up to the counter and the lady at told the manager someone wants to see you he said yeah. I would never ever go back into this Lowe's on Winchester for anything I'm going to cancel my Lowe's card and never purchase nothing from Lowe's again the regular manager Shalonda Moore wasn't there so they had some off the street so-called manager there I wouldn't let him manage a sewage ditch. I am relocating to the area so I called to ask about the price/specs of a WD today. The the phone rang forever and then I was directed back to main menu. Finally reached a person who was obviously not interested in customer service. When I said I wanted to purchase a WD for delivery to my new home, she said "so what do you need from me" in a hateful tone. I asked what specials they had and or lowest price. She gave me a price range and said I could go online if I wanted information. I called Home Depot, reached someone very quickly. Gave me price and specs for cheapest and best value, told me where they were with delivery dates and said they might have Memorial sale pricing if I have time to wait until the ad comes out. I'm a Lowe's shopper exclusively, I buy my tools at Lowe's, bought a big freezer at Lowe's. I will only shop at Home Depot or other home improvement stores if Lowe's doesn't stock what I'm looking for. I bought a washing machine online for $727, including 3 year extended warranty, the Lowe's website stated that they had two washers available for pickup, LG model WT7100CW. Went to Lowe's to pick up my washer, the customer service rep told me that she needed to check to see if it was in stock, what? I told her that their website stated that they had two in stock, she then told me that the information on the website is not updated daily. Seriously!!? So I purchase a major appliance online, get off work, drive thru rush hour traffic, arrive at the store only to be told that they did not have the washer in stock, even though their website stated that they had not one, but two in stock. This was totally unsatisfactory, a waste of my time, and money. They did tell me that they could cancel the order and my card wouldn't be charged however a hold would be placed on card my until the transaction cleared, could take 24 hours. So now I don't have the washer they said they had, and a hold is being placed on my card!!!!Really!!!? What's going on here? The only bright spot in all of this was the customer service rep, she was very helpful in helping me locate the same washer at another Lowe's location, but I was so dissatisfied by this whole ordeal that I just went home. Zero. That is what I rate the customer service at this store. There was one store associate who helped me to find tree soil. After that, she told me to go to the garden center cashier to ask her to call for help since she did not have a device on her to call for help. I went to the garden center cashier to ask her if she could call for help since both of the bags were very heavy. She mumbled something twice to the effect that "she didn't have no help." Give me a break! Use your microphone to call for help. She finally snapped back, "do you want me to call for you some help?!" I mean, is this what Lowe's has to offer? Just go find some people off the street who want to be at work to help with the simplest things. As for the employees inside the store-- full of unhelpful employees. I went in for a simple sanding belt for an electric sander and I had to ask 4 workers if they had the particular part. They sent me to the same two aisle and when I told them that they did not have the item I was looking for on those two they looked at me and said they probably didn't have it. I have purchased from the Lowe's location in Olive Branch many times and never had a problem with customer service, products, or the installation of anything. My mom recently purchase a dryer from the Winchester location and they set up a delivery for a Sunday. My mom sat at home all day and no delivery and not even a phone call. Calling the store to find out what happened is when things really went south. Bounced around from Dept to Dept, hung up on .....twice, talked to customer service and hung up on and finally an"manager" comes on the phone and tells me the dryer will be delivered tomorrow. That makes it 2 days after the promised date. I ask what time will it be delivered and they tell me 8-5. Now my mom gets to sit around for 9 hours tomorrow hoping they will bring the product we paid for a week ago. Horrible customer service. There are other options out there like Home Depot that would surely like the business. There is also the Lowe's in Olive Branch that's not too far away. The Lowe's at Winchester obviously doesn't give a crap!!! Will NEVER shop here again!!! read more
