I ordered Stainmaster Carpet for my family room and at the time of purchase I was given a rebate form to fill out and send in. Submitted the rebate form on May 5th, 2024 and still no rebate. Lowes says their rebate department does not support my regular e-mail account, however I can purchase anything and receive notifications thru my regular e-mail account, no problem. So explain that Lowes !! This is a total rip off and their escalation team is no better. Still waiting and now going to the Better Business Bureau to report this scam employed by Lowes. read more

When you can't find what you need elsewhere you can almost guarantee you'll find it at Lowe's. Quick in and out for the few items we needed but I of course strolled the Halloween and Christmas aisles! I do always find it interesting when employees are just standing around when they could be on a register ringing people out instead of self check outs. read more

Ordered my washer...Lowe's said the delivery service will call the night before to schedule. Well, it was a recording and I tried to call the number (they gave in the automated msg) to get the later window, and I waited for and hour and a half until I hung up. Called Lowe's...they gave me a different number. I called that and the representative said she did not know when the next window was. I told her if I was 8-1 clearly it could be figured out. Finally...I called a rep again, decided to cancel and reschedule. Well fast forward to today...My window was 8a-12pm...When 11:30 came, I called for an ETA and they said around 2hrs. Called the rep again when that time came up and they said one stop then me,but I would get a 30 min call prior. Well I didn't get a call.They showed up at 2:35. Hooked up my new washer, but Ccouldn't take my old washer because it had water in it. I said for as long as I wzited,waited, could take the water out, it wasn't half full, more like 1/4 full. Would not have took no more time than the time wasted today waiting. I couldnt reschedule to a later time on the same delivery date...but my SCHEDULED time was pushed into a different bracket...make it make sense. Lowe's may say it's third party, it's not their fault. But if you hire a person to do a service in your company, it is YOUR BRAND on the line. I am very disappointing in Lowe's and planned on buying the dryer this weekend, now I'm rethinking. Not only do they want you to check yourself out but they only have one bag size for your purchases and it's small. I purchased 4 outdoor wall mount fixtures for my house and some furnace filters - only one of the fixtures fit in the bags available. Went into the store to purchase a new shower head. Found the perfect one with the help of a very friendly associate. On my way to checkout, I noticed a lamp that caught my eye. It matched my bedroom furniture to a tee, and was on sale. I picked it up & realized the lamp shade was the wrong one. Someone took the other one. The friendliest guy named Lou helped me find the proper shade for my lamp, and even went way out of his way to make sure it was secured onto the lamp with proper hardware that he had in the back of the department. Thanks Lou! Will definitely use this store for anything home improvement related as customer service rises above all, people like Lou are the reason customers continue to return. read more

The website indicates there are items in stock but when you order them for pick up the order is cancelled saying they aren't in stock. The reason is because the outdoor/garden department will not get the "in stock" items from the storage about the bays. Very bad customer service in this department. I've had several issues with this and have always had to go to Home Depot down the street. read more

I had a brand new refrigerator delivered today by Tafari and Ryan from Lowe's of Boardman and they were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond what their job requires. They took my old refrigerator out, took all the packaging off, and were extremely polite and respectful. Also, they were very pleasant to be around and were very personable. I hope my next experience with Lowe's is an awesome as this one was. read more

The only reason they deserve a 1 star is because the salesperson, Evelyn, was super nice and friendly. However, the rest of their management staff and "customer service" team were god awful. I have never received so much attitude from a group of individuals at different times. Clearly, this is the culture that Lowe's has created. Thank goodness for Evelyn. Whatever you do do not do online store pick ups at the store I've done five and it's always been a horrible experience! Even after giving the cashier my order number they never can seem to find The item. I've done other stores online pick ups like Home Depot hell even JCPenney and they were Always smoother transactions. Really annoyed with their lack of help, stood in front forever waiting for someone to help me load the flooring I just bought into my car, needless to say no one ever came and I heard the cashier call, the cashier and another associate spent time trying to even contact someone about pricing and of course no one responded. I wonder if the owners of Lowe's know how much money they are loosing out on because of some of their employees lack of attention. I had to return all my flooring that I didn't even make it out the door with, I was really upset and told customer service when I went to return them, they didn't help, didn't try to get anyone to help no type of resolutions at all, never will be back to this one read more

Buyer beware! Do not shop on Lowes.com My hot water heater needed new parts so I ordered them from Lowe's. I paid an additional $19.99 for next day delivery so that my children and I would have hot water. When it was not delivered the next day I called. I was told that it would be delivered the next day. When it did not arrive the next day I called. I was told it would be delivered that same day. It was not. When it did not arrive the next day I called again and was told that it would not be shipping out for 3 more days. Therefore the first 2 people I spoke with lied to me. Now infuriated I asked to speak to someone higher and was told that there was not anyone else I could speak to. I was offered a 10% coupon for the inconvenience. First off I will never go to this store again, so what good would a coupon do? Second off unless that coupon has the ability to give my kids hot water to bathe with I do not want it. I then told them I needed my card refunded immediately so that I had the money to order the parts elsewhere. I was told that the money would not be back on my card for 3-7 business days. So now I will be without hot water until I get paid and then will have to wait through another company all because this company does not understand logistics or customer service. Please be careful ordering through them. They do not care about their customers. read more

We needed new carpet in the house so we decided to go to Lowes. We ordered and they told us a date that the carpet would be in. At that point we would get a call from the installers and then schedule an appointment for them to come and install. So the date comes that it SHOULD be in the warehouse. We receive no call. So we call Lowes the next day and they say that it had not come in yet and that they would give us a call once it did. That is was on back-order. Which we were fine with. Things happen. A week goes by. We call again. Still not in. Two weeks go by. We call again. Still not in. By the third week we are calling daily. Mind you this is three weeks past the date it was supposed to come in. So we have waited three weeks on top of a month for the order. By the fourth day of the third week we were told that the carpet had been delivered. Over a week ago. So it had been sitting in the warehouse and no one had told us, even though we had called and asked and been told no. But again. Things happen. So the installers came that next week and it came out beautiful. Now. One year later we decided we needed new kitchen floors. We thought we would give Lowes another try. They have great selections on tons of flooring. So we went with a engineered vinyl flooring. Since my review has already gone this far. Lets just say that the installers had to come out six times already to fix mistakes. Some of these mistakes include: Half of the floor had lips from not being laid down properly. Not little lips. Im talking stub your toe and not be able to pull a chair out lip. So they come to fix that and it in the process they have to take off the baseboard and quarterrounds and BREAK them in half to get the floor up. And instead of putting new baseboards on they just pushed the broken ones back together and nailed them to the wall. On top of that the baseboards werent even matching at the corners. There was about 2 inches apart so they werent even touching. Six times they have been here to fix the problems. The floor still has spots that are bad. Its creasing where there is no support underneath because they didnt install the subfloor correctly before they laid the vinyl. At this point we have decided to not have them come back out and just deal with the imperfections until we can save up enough to go through an actual contractor. Basically, do not go through Lowes for any type of flooring. You will regret it. I promise. Our experience has been so bad that I do not even want to shop there anymore. Our kitchen floors were a waste of $4,000 that we have to live with. So I hope whoever reads this does not make the same mistake we did! read more
