I called today for service on my John Deere Tractor. The service man answered my questions quickly and was very helpful. We tried the "easy things" and finally we determined that it needs to go to their shop. Pick up arrangements are made for the next business day. This is the second time I've been to them for help. The last time, a technician came to our shop and fixed it within the hour. Again, the service and response time was great and I was pleased with the cost to have that done. read more

worst customer service in the industry. you can barely get to the parts counter with all the clutter and then you must wait to be addressed, like they are doing you a favor. prices quoted on ordered parts are not always right so be ready for a surprise. never again. read more
