    After my review on yelp, the Operations Manager Nick gave me a call today and wanted to hear what…read moreoccurred and how the situation could be remedied and how he could improve the communication within the dealership so this type of situation does not happen again. I believe Nick truly wants to improve the customer experience so I am going to give them another chance and continue to as a patron for their business. In 2025 we paid upwards of 16K for a Kubota tractor…read more Because they were understaffed and we waited weeks to get the tractor delivered, we never were given the opportunity to be shown how the snow plow was to be installed. (we were promised a class). The grass catcher never worked properly, and after two different times the technicians were sent out to no avail, and our tractor was finally taken to the shop, it while worked adequately, it was not great, but worked adequately. We called them in December, and told them we no longer wanted the snow plow and were were told someone would get back to us. We called muliple times and were always told they would return our call, they never did. When we took the the tractor in we paid for a 50 hour tune up, and the battery was nearly dead, luckily it was covered under warranty. (a brand new tractor???). M&R had this machine for weeks!!!!!!!!!!!! We also requested AGAIN to return the plow, but were told this time, it was a year old and they would not take it back. The plow has never been connected to the tractor, and never used) We also paid an very high price to have the oil changed, at the 50 hour tune up, ( I later learned how easily and quickly it could be done). When we got the tractor back, it didn't work properly, we couldn't raise or lower the mower deck, and when we called, we were told we had to pay to have it transported back to the shop, and we would be charged for the service if they found it was not something they had done. I asked to have someone come here, since we are less than 5 miles from the shop, and someone did. Not only did they NOT reconnect the hydraulics at the 50 hour tune up, but also returned our tractor with less than the oil required, because it had an air lock. This machine could have been damaged had someone not looked at it. This is how M&R returned the machine, not reconnected the hydraulics, less than adequate oil and not identifying an air block in the oil. How does this happen. Doesn't anyone stand behind their work, aren't their technicians adequately trained. Why do we have to fight with them at every turn??????? The technician that came out to our home and identified all the mistakes the shop made was incredible , but the folks in the shop, and the management there leave so much to be desired. If you want to purchase a machine, have confidence in the work performed by their service department and management team that supports the customers, DO NOT make that purchaser at M&R equipment. They are terrible.
