Matt, Carson and Shane delivered/installed the new range and could not do more to assure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. Very happy with their service. Never saw what it was. about ten days ago I heard something fall again and it was a screw about half an inch long. After some searching I discovered there are two screws that fell out that hold the "box" in. I pulled out the rack with dishes in it and the box started tipping forward. I found the two metal panels on each side at the top of the "box" and realized they held in the dishwasher. My first thought was why were there such small screws used. I was told a service call would cost $60 which is half of their usual price. I said I thought that was unfair because I believe the wrong screws were used. I cancelled the appt. I will never purchase from Robinson's again. Very disappointed.
