They care nothing about the customer. I have a whole house I need to remodel, and they have lost a customer. I was hesitating to proceed with my projects since I can never catch anyone in the cabinet dept. I have a friend that word at Lowes in Tx and she was helping me with my cabinet renderings, etc. She reached out to the cabinet guy in my closer Lowes, his name is Tyler. We got as far as me PAYING for someone to come measure my 4 bathrooms and large kitchen for cabinets. After that, we could never reach anyone. I wanted to make an appointment to meet with the cabinet person to look at things in person. I could never reach him. The phone tree is horrendous. AI kept describing cabinets as if I would purchase based on that!!! I had to scream for an live agent no less than SEVEN times before I got transferred. Then it rang for 10 times before I got the main desk. They told me Tyler was not working that day, but we set up an 'appointment' for the following week. Before I left, I called. I did not want to waste my trip, as I live an hour away. Again, the fiasco with the phone tree. Finally got to the front desk. I was told he was not working. Not surprised. They were going to transfer me to his manager, she was busy with customers, could I call back. I said no, explaining the painful process, could she please take my number and have the manager call me. I was told, "no, she is too busy with customers." I said well then you are too busy for my business, we are done, you have lost a customer. I informed my TX contact of this situation and she said to contact corporate. I did so via email about 2 weeks ago. Crickets! This store SUCKS! read more

Well considering you can't get anyone to answer the phone about a question in this store or if they do they put you on hold for 45 minutes! I will be shutting off my Lowe's card TODAY and going with the competitors because for some reason this place can't seem to answer phones or puts you on hold and never returns! 3.21.22 I called there to 870-850-7702 I called and remained on a ringer for over 32mins. No one answers the phone by the 3rd or 4th ring. The phone actually rings for about 10mins and then one of the ladies will pick up the phone and lay it down and you will hear their whole conversation about the work schedule and ready to go home and about driving in the rain and don't want to mess up her hair. This is highly unacceptable for any company to allow their associates to just sit there and screen their calls and not answer them. They have called ID & the young lady just picked up the phone and started talking to me before I could say anything cause she knew it was me calling. HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE..... Mr Mark Ellison "CEO" needs to know how his stores are operating. Inventory is never correct in Pine Bluff,Arkansas so that means there's possibly a very high shrinkage. " associates are sliding items out or 5 fingering items ....Your online says you have the item. Others stores say your have more than what online says. But your associates say they have 0 items in stock. Over all it shouldn't have took at least 32mins for anyone to answer the phone. We the people of Pine Bluff must understand that help is hard to find everywhere. There has been some employees in Lowe's that go above and beyond the call of duty. We cannot hold Lowe's responsible for what society has imposed on all businesses in Pine Bluff as well as across the country. I have had both great and unfavorable experiences. Although there are other issues that need addressed, the employees that have helped be have been very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I just left for a second time trying to buy several thousand dollars in appliances with zero help. The employee literally said "I don't make nothing on these and I'm about to go on lunch so maybe someone else can help you". Unbelievable. For a small town in the south, this has got to be the worse, most unfriendly Lowe's I've been in. While most of the employees I've dealt with have no interest in helping me as a customer, the "Customer Service" desk is the absolute worst. They will ignore me and make it very clear that they view me as an inconvenience when I approach the desk. While this is a small town, with limited options to take business elsewhere, this place needs new management that will make all customers the focus of all employees. read more

I went 3 times asking for a common item, 2x6 boards, every time getting the same surly dismissive answer, "we sold out". the third time I was not accepting this answer, and after a search actually found someone who helped and brought down a pallet of 2x6 boards that they always carry. The only answer is this staff is openly racist, refusing to help a white woman. Go somewhere else. read more

I hate this is the only Lowes in Pine Bluff. The workers are lazy and act too busy to help. I have been remodeling and need a number of different parts. I think if I'm spending my hard earned money, I should get a little help when I ask. Usually I know what I need but I'm a lady so I want to make sure I'm getting the correct parts. A couple times over the past few weeks I needed assistance. I walked up to several workers and was rudely turned away. If I didn't need the parts right away I would have driven to Little Rock where there is a variety of stores. The check out is quick but that don't mean a thing if I don't have what I need. The cashiers are usually nice but this has not been a good experience since moving back to the area. Unfortunately I am not done remodeling but I think I'm going to get a list is what I need and head to other stores if possible. read more

Went in to buy a grill. We were there for over 10 minutes with THREE workers cutting up laughing and not one time did they even acknowledge we were there. Had to approach them ask for help and asked if it was possible to buy the floor one since hey we're on clearance. The boy mumbled something and never offered to ask a manager. We asked twice. I was in store on a Saturday trying to get a pallet of water delivered to our job site, the manager on duty helped me get the delivery set up for the next day. On Sunday I was at work taking care of my responsibilities and waiting on my delivery of water. At 1pm I began calling the store to check status of the delivery and was met with confusion and incompetence. No one could tell me where my delivery was and they didn't know how to find out where the delivery was. I called until 6pm Sunday evening and no one could tell me anything. So I called this morning (Monday) and was told that it doesn't matter what the manager had scheduled on the weekend he doesn't have the authority to do so. It has to be scheduled by the clerk in receiving and they don't work the weekend so I was told. I use Lowe's for many different job sites in many different states but this is by far the most incompetent Lowe's I've ever dealt with. If not for the head cashier(tiff) and the manager(tate) that I dealt with on Saturday I would give zero stars but they were very helpful and very courteous so they are the only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars! read more

Door installation that started last fall.,not completed until Feb 2018. This was an absolute nightmare! I ordered an entry door,and security door for my dad's house. I arrived in town to check the install, and I couldn't believe what I saw.. The job looked like some handyman installed the doors. Such a sloppy job. Chaulking everywhere, gaps , and poor alignment from incorrect measurement that Lowe's measured. Please ,Please beware of the installer (Antoine) he may have subcontracted the job to someone else,because even the install department couldn't believe the job that was performed.To make a Long story short, Lowes replaced my entrance door and security door. . Ask for Justin if you are getting a door installed by this Lowes. Excellent work. He had to redo Everything!!! New doors installed. We are satisfied. Lowes refunded the install charges. The ladies in the install department were very understanding ,and helpful. read more

My wife and I went Saturday, 6/13/2020, to look at their offerings for a new electric range. There were 2 employees in the area. One, a young man, was eating a snack while the other, a middle aged woman, was using the computer. When my wife asked for help and attempted to explain the purpose of our trip, the woman said she was trying to get clocked in. The man had his mouth full so he probably could't have answered if he had been paying attention. We then walked the area to see if we could find what we were looking for and, failing to do so, went back to wait on the employees to finish whatever they were doing that prevented them from waiting on customers. After a few minutes, the woman asked my wife if we had been waited on. My wife replied that we were waiting on her. She then directed the man, who was still eating, to help us. He politely stopped eating and asked what he could do for us. My wife then told him specifically the 2 models of ranges we were looking for and asked if he had either on hand where we could actually see them. He then pointed us towards a completely different brand and said "there's a double oven." My wife then explained that she knew what a double oven was and asked if he had either range we were interested in AGAIN (third time is SUPPOSED to be a charm, but not in this store). The folks here are lazy and dense, just like in most other Pine Bluff businesses. Take your dollars somewhere else. read more

This store is very difficult to deal with. We have lost hours there trying to buy blinds. They have no customer service at all. I would recommend any other store over them even if it requires driving further. It will save you time in the long run!!!! read more

It took me 4 visits to get carpet paid for then another month for Legacy flooring to come to do the free install. Legacy gets here and leaves with my carpet saying they didn't know it was 3 bed rooms , new tack strips, and furniture (keep in mind everything was out of the rooms but beds). I'm having new floors throughout my home but will not get the other flooring from Lowe's ! I still don't have my carpet installed!! read more

Most of the time, I the service here is great! My husband and I have been remodeling our house one room at a time for the past five years. We went to Home Depot in Little Rock, but the service and prices don't seem to compare to Lowe's. We've bought everything from all appliances, carpet, granite countertops, paint, etc. They have been very helpful and willing to answer any questions we've had along our way. The most helpful of all the employees is Eddie. Since I'm female and my husband seems to send me on wild-goose chases, I always ask for him to help me. We will definitely continue buying all our supplies from here! read more
