I usually go to the Malvern Store, and they are so efficient and helpful. The Sheridan Tractor Supply is much different. Instead of having all of the horse medical and health supply in one area, the wormers are in one area, the stuff for hooves is in another. The shampoo and grooming tools are in the same aisle as the treats and the medical and fly repellents are in the same aisle as the food. It made looking for what I need a lot more disorganized. I was looking for one particular product for my horse, and although their system said that they had some in stock, the assistant manager could not find it and took quite a long time to come back and tell me that he could not find it. Not a bad experience, but I think I'll spend all of my money at the Malvern Store, where they staff know what they are doing and the store is more organized.
