This place is BUSY!!! Surprisingly the staff is friendly and helpful. Store looked to be well maintained and cared for. Shelves were stocked and zoned, no freight being push in-between the crowds in the aisles. The hanging apparel made was nicely zoned and wasn't all on the floor, unlike some other Walmart's. My favorite thing about my visit is instead of a McDonalds or Subway. they have a Auntie Annies. Can we please get one in the Walmart near me. The parking lot has 3 (that I know of) entrance/exit locations and A curbside pickup for groceries area. The parking lot traffic can get crazy real quick. I've been to Walmart several times to try to buy an air filter 18 by 30 and a picture frame 8 by 12 and no Walmart in my surrounding areas have have and haven't for some time. Also when a movie or dvd series has a release date it takes Walmart 3 or 4 months after the release date to finally get it in. We had an elderly cashier named Steve and he was just overall a pleasure I wish that we could tip him! He wrapped our glass items and even double bagged it and tied all of our bags (very sweet of him) and he loaded our cart! This hardworking man deserves a raise he is the BEST! We almost didn't go through his lane because he was an elderly man but he was very fast and diligent! Recommend Steve! read more

While we didn't find every last thing we needed, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The shelves were fairly well stocked for the late time of day. A young lady named Jordan stopped what she was doing to go get another buggy for my wife so we could continue shopping. She even took our full buggy to the customer service desk so that we wouldn't have to push both around the store. Your friendly employees, stocked shelves and clear aisles are a welcome change from our closest Walmart in Pine Bluff. The extra distance is totally worth the drive. read more

Don't ever take your vehicle here for an oil change. They broke my dipstick and were not honest about it. The manager told me they break all the time and they always change peoples oil who have a broken dipstick. They never even told my wife it was broken, just put a little note on the receipt so she wouldn't catch it. It seems this is something that you would tell a customer. He then tells me they cost $10 and doesn't offer to pay for it. Well it cost $27.51. What is interesting is the only way I found out it was broken was when I took it to the Bryant location. They told me WE CAN'T CHANGE YOUR OIL BECAUSE YOUR DIPSTICK IS BROKEN. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH OIL TO PUT IN THE VEHICLE. YET THE BENTON LOCATION TELLS ME THE DIP STICK WAS BROKE AND THEY STILL DID THE OIL CHANGE!! Steve B. read more

The only complaint I have is the current very limited availability of their grocery pick-up service. But here real soon they will bump up the daily slot to 100. Hopefully even more sometime after that. To me, that is a service that should strictly be for people with high anxiety, disabled, elderly, pregnant (like myself), or men and women with children under 5 years old. It is the best Walmart in Saline County. It is well stocked and clean. It is a busy store, but the check out lines move fairly quickly. It is twice as good as the Bryant store. read more
