He says on the ice box. i said ok, where is the ice box? then he is like you can't have bags in here, there are signs, there is signage. i was thinking chill out dude, First off I'm not a thief, Secondly if I was, i'm not stealing .62¢ flax seeds & $3 OJ. He walked me over to the ice box an i was like i didn't know. He said there is signage, then he was inquiring about what i had in my bag. i said i went to the store before i came here, do you want to see? i opened my backpack and showed him my paper towels and my father's day card, strawberries, and bag of salad with a kroger tag on it. he said " i just want to make sure you don't have anything from here" mind you we are standing in front of a long line full of about 15 ppl when he is asking this, so everyone is looking at me. Then he asked if i had a receipt for my items, i showed him the receipt from the dollar tree and said my salad clearly has a kroger tag on it. when i left there, i looked, there was absolutely NO sign about having a bag. i walked my bike in the doorway an asked where is the security guard/cop? the lady just barked at me "you can't have your bike in here" i said again where is the security guard cop and she is says "over there" and points across the store. I said there is NO sign that says you can't have a bag in here, and she says "well you can't have your bike in here or your bag" and she got all crazy, then another employee was standing there just looking at me. neither of them went to get the security guard. an i was clearly holding a bag from that store an i said " I am just letting you know there is no sign that says you can't have a bag in here, if you're going to enforce that, then there should be signage" i turned my bike around and left Customers should not be treated this way, and if you want to enforce rules, then have them clearly laid out, or have your security guard checking bags when you walk in. I am not a mind reader. And BTW you should be able to bring your bike inside because the bike rack isn't even properly bolted to the ground.

I love the oils and vinegars so much...they can get expensive, but are so worth the money. In this store, the quality of the goods help me to feel good about spending a little more. As one associate mentioned, these oils, vinegars etc actually help her (and me) eat more healthfully. Squizito also has a section of other foods and Arkansas honey. The garlic in the glass jar is wonderful! We eat it as a snack right out of the jar...it's delicious and garlic-y without leaving one with garlic breath. Another new favorite is the family meals in the vacuum bags. Initially it doesn't seem like they'll make a lot of food, but they are more filling than they appear, and they're delicious. The flavored Arkansas honeys are marvelous. If I let myself, I could probably eat a whole jar at once...but it's better to savor a teaspoon at a time.
