As all Home Depot stores, they carry all kinds of home improvement construction and home maintenance materials, tools, appliances, lawn and garden, electrical, plumbing, and more. This one also rents equipment like trucks, trailers, excavators, forklifts, landscaping equipments. power washers, ditch diggers, and other power tools. In the past I have rented ditch diggers and drain cleaners. The prices at Home Depot are usually on par with their competition. On my last visit, all I was after was some Mulch for my flower beds which they had on sale 4 bags for $10. The young lady at the cash register was friendly and helpful. She verified which mulch I wanted and rang me up, then called for a young man to help me load it into my truck. The young man was notably unenthusiastic but he was respectful and did his job well. I usually go to their competitor because of the location, but my experiences at Home Depot have been positive overall.

There was no follow-through, no ownership of the mistake, and no interest in keeping the customer satisfied. In contrast, companies like Lowe's have moved forward with customer-first models -- they understand that service doesn't end after the sale. Parking was a little tough given the location (next to street with business to each side). Once inside I was amazed by the selection they had. From basic yard tools, to a great fastener selection, basic pesticides, small leather goods, and even basic personal protective equipment. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped me with copying my keys. He was very nice, extremely helpful and professional. They are open Friday and Saturday from 7:30-5:30 pm. Closed Sundays. 2 pairs of keys (4 total) was about ~$10-11. Not bad price at all and it took only a few minutes to make. No complaints. If you need a quick item I'd definitely recommend.

They did come to check it, said they would have to order it. When they came, all the panel lights would stay lit. When he opened it to fix it, he broke a wire, I saw it broken. Closed it quickly and left, saying he needed another part. Then my stepson got an email, saying we had an infestation, not covered. we have no roaches or ants that could get in there.
