I think it more of a men's store in respect to someone who likes to do it your self. Some of items they have are; tillers, pressure washers, trailers, shredders, lawn mowers, industrial fans, work boots, shovels, tool boxes,hoses, tillers, and replacement engines. Northern is large enough for a decent inventory, yet small enough to navigate without a GPS. They've got the basics, covering maintenance items for gasoline engines, trailer supplies, pneumatic tools and accessories, basic PEP, and seasonal items, such as tillers and wood stoves or inserts. I do HATE that the Bargain Bin extends the length of the rear of the center isles, forcing a walk-around, should one forget and try to access the rear of the store from certain areas. The tool section is a 'plus'. Same for trailer needs and accessories. (Balls, lifts, lights, tires, wheels). Need a sidewalk attachment for your pressure sprayer? You'll find it here. The staff are helpful, yet non-obtrusive; a plus if one happens to be mentally working out the logistics of a particular task. Parking is ample, be ye towing a trailer, or driving the family steed! We bought the chair because my wife had hip surgery. The chair was so hard, she could not lay in it after her surgery. We tried to get them to let us exchange it for a more expensive product and they refused. They said the factory would not let them exchange it.....BUT they allow any and everybody to freely sit in those same chairs in their store all day long. We have bought many mattresses and two beds from this store....we will never purchase another product here. If they do not stand behind their products....we want no part of it. Just be careful if you purchase from this store. YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS. I hardly ever leave reviews....I just thought this might be needed by someone down the road. Tgese chairs are over $1000....just choose wisely who you purchase from. They do not tell you that you can't return their furniture when you purchase it!
