I would give negative stars if it was an option. They messed up a chair that we paid for them to assemble. They came back and got it the next day. Turns out that the delivery driver never put a ticket in when he picked it up... We heard nothing for close to a month and had two separate representatives hang up on us when we tried to call the store. Still waiting on a refund. read more

We went to Lowe's on Vann Dr. and bought 20 60lb. bags of concrete and two of Lowe's employees named Seth and Kelin loaded it all up in no time for us and was smiling the whole time and made us feel as if it was no bother ar all to do it. Love Lowe's never had an issue with them. But thought I would visit after church and get some fall flowers. Well Pam was in the garden center this morning and her attitude was HORRIBLE not kind or friendly at all. It's rude not to speak to your guest while checking out. Not only did I speak to her once but 3 times. First time I thought she just didn't hear me. I also notice her energy was different with me opposed to the previous customer. I stood by to see if this would change upon me leaving and sure it did. Didn't ruin my Sunday but definitely makes or breaks if next time I will go to Home Depot instead. I must say the young man watering the flowers outside check out was very nice, welcoming and kind. Didn't catch his name. Offered to help me and asked upon leaving did I need help loading anything in which I did not but told him I definitely appreciate him asking, offering and being kind which doesn't cost a thing. read more

I just went to the garden shop entrance and was told by a little millennial prick boy that I could not come in that way that I had to walk all the way to the front entrance and walk all the way around. They may have excellent prices and excellent selection but they have awful customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get a built-in microwave (shown as in stock at the Jackson location). Once there, I was told it would have to be ordered and would take a week to arrive for pickup in-store. One week later no call. So my husband calls and they tell him it's in and transfer him to the appliance department. It rings ten times and disconnects. So since they say it's there, we drove to the store to pick it up. My husband (who is medically fragile) went to the service desk and was told the microwave would be right out. Twenty minutes later, he's still standing there, looking weak. I join him and cannot even get anyone's attention at the service desk to ask what the holdup is. After another 10 minutes, I whip out my cell phone and call the service desk THAT I AM STANDING IN FRONT OF. Only then can I get their attention. Apparently, there is no one in the warehouse who can drive a forklift to get our microwave off the warehouse shelf. They had all left for lunch. My questions are these: 1) Why was something that supposedly just arrived that morning put on an upper warehouse shelf? 2) Why did all the warehouse personnel go off to lunch leaving no one qualified to drive a forklift during a busy work day? 3) Why was the service desk ignoring us until I called? 4) Why couldn't they tell my husband that it would take some time to get the microwave out to him instead of just leaving him standing there? Great products, clean store, associates try to help but sometimes have less knowledge then I do. Like when we needed a Florescent light bulb and they told me I should get an LED because it would last longer. I questioned if I had to change any other parts and there response was that's a good question. They did take the time to get another associate and they came and explained the installation. But at least they did ask someone else instead of wasting my time. read more

Our refrigerator broke suddenly this morning so we headed to Lowe's to try to find a last minute replacement. Chuck, the head of appliances was so helpful and got us a great deal on a scratch and dent fridge. An older gentleman whose name I didn't get, rang us up and helped load it up and he was the friendliest/most genuine Lowe's associate I've ever dealt with. Then there was the younger guy who jumped on the loading machine right away to help. We usually shop at the union city Lowe's and the customer service is HORRIBLE, but the Jackson store was fantastic. Can't say it enough. read more

I am very frustrated with this place. They don't even deserve one star! Our fridge has stopped cooling and they didn't send anyone for a week. Our fridge is only 4 months old and still under warranty. I feel like the warranty is pointless! Anyways, the repair man came and said it needs a part that will take 2 weeks to get here! Are you kidding me?! So all of our food has ruined!My boyfriend and I both work so we didn't have anytime to salvage our food before it went bad. I am so angry with Lowe's! I am using them for remodeling 2 bathrooms, they started in jan, it's the middle of march & they are not done yet, it was estimated to take a month, they lost 3 weeks due to a panel in the shower being broken but even with that they are a month over the estimate. they burned up the water heater, have missed hours upon hours due to not having all the supplies they needed, they have borrowed our ladder, shop vac, clamps, broom & various other tools. they are suppose to start at 8, they show up anywhere from 7:15 to 10:00. so far the work seems to be good but with all the other foul ups I cannot recommend them. they did replace the water heater at their expense read more
