The last time I had them to replace my battery in my watch they broke the watch band. They told me they would try to get me a replacement band for my watch. They called me back and stated that they couldn't find a replacement band and that if I found a band that they would reimburse me in full for the charges. The Invicta company is charging $141.00 to replace the band. I carried the paid invoice to them and they reimburse me the $141.00 for the charges. Before I left the store the lady told me that they No Longer will service Invicta watches. I am a African American Citizen.

We stained first with excellent instruction, and I branched out with the Sedona Red. Then we added the stencil and did the painting. It was a great feeling to watch the piece come to life as I worked with it. The 3 hours flew by, and I was not ready for the evening to end. Later that same evening I phoned the store to confirm the appointment and ask if the battery replacement could be done while I wait. After an hour drive, I arrived the next day on time, only to be told first that they had no battery in stock and come back next week. I questioned why I wasn't told this last night on the phone. No answer from people who could care less. Then I was told they no longer replaced batteries in my particular iPad model. I made it clear that when making the appointment I was crystal clear regarding the year make and model. No answer except to question me as to why this was so upsetting to me and that I should calm down. I will never use this store again. You shouldn't either.

Within only a few minutes of entering, she made us all feel uncomfortable while we were looking at furniture. We ended up leaving the store quickly. A week later when I found a bed we wanted was in stock at that location, we went back in only to buy the bed and leave. Unfortunately she served us again. Since I was only buying it and leaving, I chose to let her check us out. Big mistake. First she tried to charge me for an extended service agreement without asking. When I heard the total price and then told her I don't need the warranty she went on and on about how people are always disappointed they don't buy one and how if it were her she'd buy one. I finally had to interrupt her and say I really am not interested. Then when she removed that charge and gave me the total again it was still wrong. Charging me over $100 more than what I should have paid. When I questioned it, she insisted that that price was correct. I had to show her with the calculator app on my phone what the cost should be with Tax. She said it must be her computer acting up "again" and called over a co-worker to ring it up on another register. It turned out she was selling me the wrong bed! Without apologizing she said she just typed in the wrong SKU. If I hadn't been watching closely I could have paid for it and not even realize it until later (if ever). Hope this isn't a common practice here. After all of that, we couldn't get out fast enough. I will say, though, that she did come out and apologize as I was loading the bed in our vehicle. I gave the store a second star only because it had the bed we wanted in stock, when another store in town had a 5 month wait. The bed was very nice and met our expectations. Just be very cognizant of the checkout process should you decide to buy your furniture from here.

Anybody looking for furniture, Don't go to American freight. Horrible customer service from the top…read moredown. First we get told by the warranty place that they don't warranty for this furniture store. Then we are told 6+ months later that they don't make our set anymore. The warranty they offer evidently isn't worth the paper it's written on because there is absolutely nothing they could do about it except charge us more for a different set which was nicer more expensive which I understand and was willing to pay more but not full price more. But the store manager told us that all she was worried about was getting her bonus. The regional manager would not offer any kind of discount for us except pay for another warranty which remember isn't good for anything. Moral of the story I would rate this place a -2/10. The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't post this review without it
