    This is a Lowes that is pretty organized. We enjoy going to all the lowes stores. Pretty flowers and lots of outside furniture !!

    Don't expect them to even remotely provide decent customer. A customer pays for pick up, receives email that the order is ready goes and waits 30 minutes and even waits a day after the below was received. This was a curbside pick up order: 1. No one in the store answered the phone at the service desk - 10 minutes of standing there and watched the associate not answer the phones. 2. No solution for my merchandise, I went in the store waited longer to be told my order wasn't ready though my email stated otherwise. 3. Talking to the associate none of this registers as a gap in customer service, I'm not evening entitled it's literally apart of the reason customers contribute to ur profit margin. I am fully empathetic to what any company is going through but this all in all is bad customer service which is typical for this company and location.

    When I entered the store, immediately a young man named Damien asked me that I need help. I found that to be awesomely refreshing considering. I was in the store in five minutes. I'm not gonna lie I usually avoid this loss like the plague. I drive 20 minutes just to go to a whole different levels but today was different. I had great customer service and I can't even front on that.

    BUYER BEWARE!! On December 05, 2019 Lowe's delivered and installed a new washer and dryer to our home. The technician failed to properly install the washer by not installing the washer's drain hose into the drain pipe of the house. The technician then started the washer, and told my daughter it needed to run a cycle. My daughter went about her way, upon hearing the washer chiming after it had completed, my daughter returned to look at found that the washer had drained all over our home. Lowe's was immediately notified and sent their installers back out. At that time the installers realized what they had done and installed the drain hose. Unfortunately too little to late. The damage has been done. The tech's then took photos of my home a quickly ran out the door. Lowe's was contacted again, to which the store employee took an, "Incident Report" and told me someone would be in contact in 24 to 48 hours. When I asked about the water in my home the employee had no idea, she just repeated someone would be in contact with me. At this time I had to call my homeowner's insurance to get the water extracted from my house and start the drying process. The water extraction company came into our home and ripped out our kitchen, laundry room, hallway, and part of our living room flooring. They moved all of my daughters bedroom out into the middle of our living room and kitchen. Our laundry room and hallway was also moved into our kitchen and living room. My son's room in the basement has also been displaced because of the water pouring the floor. Water went into the HVAC piping and system in our home, along with the pool table directly under the laundry room in the basement. We have other property that has been damaged by the water. At no time in the past 11 days has anyone from Lowe's reached out until I contacted cooperate Saturday, December 14, 2019. To which I was told a "Team" would investigate this and reach back out to me within 24 hours. 29 hours later on Sunday, December 15, 2019 a woman from Lowe's cooperate did call, however, she had not investigated a single thing with our claim. She knew nothing about what had taken place over the past 10 days. Then when once again I had explained what has been going on she tried to tell me the same things everyone else I had been calling and talking to has already told me. She then tells me she would contact their carrier manager and someone would be in touch by Monday, December 16, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. Well, here we are now, it is Monday, December 16, 2019 at 17:51 and NO ONE has still reached out to me. It is 9 days from Christmas and my house is still a wreck. We had drying equipment in our home for 7 days, our house unlivable for now 11 days and NO ONE from Lowe's care's, or is concerned. I guess if this was their home they would care, but since it isn't they don't care, and hope I will go away. Well, I am going no where. I am filing complaints with the BBB, I will be notifying local media outlets, and will post this everywhere I can online where other can see how they treat customer's when they damage their home's and property. Oh, and Keyboard warriors be careful before you try to comment, I have all of this very well documented, and can back up what I am posting. I am not an idiot. I know very well these types of posts can be used in litigation. EVERYTHING I have said can be backed up.

    Our bathroom sink faucet started dripping and we determined it was the cartridge going bad in it…read more We went to a local big box home improvement store and they immediately sent us to Schreiner Ace Hardware on High Street. They said that if you need a hard to find plumbing item that is where you go in town. We made our way over to the Ace on High Street. For their plumbing section we were directed to the back of the store. We were immediately greeted by an Ace employee that began to help us. He searched not only their in stock products, but he got a huge catalog out. I could tell that he knew his stuff. He even called in his plumbing mentor to see if between the both of them, if they could find our unique bathroom faucet cartridge. Ultimately we were unsuccessful, but now we know in the future where to go if we need help with anything plumbing related. Both the employees were amazing and I know they will be a great resource for us in the future with all our water leak needs!

    This location is conveniently located for Clintonville and the OSU campus areas. It has a small…read moreprivate parking lot with several spaces, which is a huge asset around there. The store was a bit larger than I expected when first heading in, as it is longer than is immediately apparent. The aisles are loaded with the hardware supplies one would expect, and we had no trouble quickly locating the items we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
