Went in for a few items two days ago. Staff were helpful and answered all of our questions I'll never be a fan of these huge stores, but I understand the need for them. The septic pipes we purchased seemed to be quite a bit more spendy than we'd anticipated. Need to chalk that up to standard annoying inflation. I'll always select a Lowe's over their giant orange competitor. Lowe's just seems easier to navigate. read more

If Lowe's tells you CRST is the contractor for delivery and installation of an appliance, run don't walk out of the store. -5 stars for communications and getting the job done. The install date on my dishwasher was changed. Install date arrived and nothing, nada, zip. No dishwasher, tech or phone call. BTW IKEA uses them too. The worst. The store staff and manager refunded my purchase. It took awhile because the contractor lied about having the dishwasher in their van. They told the store they were installing this morning. Really? Avoid Lowe's installation service "CRST Home Solutions" Purchased a dishwasher and paid $200 (to Lowe's) for install. Installer had door panel backwards, left paperwork in dishwasher during test run, and hoses a mess in cabinet. Lowe's just refers you to CRST and after 2 days haven't responded. read more

I love this Lowe's. It's right next to The Home Depot which is okay, but they have more people there to help answer questions and the employees don't look like they are just killing time until they get off work. It's well laid out, and has a good sized parking lot. Currently I am painting my house, and using their Valspar paint, which is their in house brand. So far I have been very happy with it, and this store is one of my favorites as it's not as busy as the ones in Phoenix or Gilbert and is very well laid out. read more

It seems we're always having to go to Lowe's. We certainly appreciate the 10% discount they give to Veterans and the ease of using it. Often we use it online and pick up what we need when it's ready. That way we don't have to wonder through the store looking for everything. However, this last time we had to wonder about the staff processing our order. The person at the customer service counter couldn't seem to get anything right even how to get the order. Then, it was wrong. Needless to say, it might have been faster and easier just to shop ourselves. We know Home Depot is just down the road but the ease of the military discount at Lowe's won over. But kept calling me and telling me it would be in Tuesday and then Thursday. When I asked for options she gave me no help and cancelled my order. As mentioned before in other reviews. CRST contractors for Lowes installation are very poor for service. They installed a dishwasher only after two missed dates giving false info of Casa Grande store not having product. When installed only hooked up not mounting it in cabinet. Took one month after 4 seperate dates that they did not complete install. Not even courtesy call why they didn't show up. On fifth scheduled date again didn't show up. My father in law who is the recipient of the dishwasher completed install himself. Almost 2 months after initial delivery. They compensated me $25 gift certificate. BFD. DO NOT DEAL WITH CASA GRANDE LOWES IF CRST are the installers. read more

The same day I visited a different Lowes and asked for a military discount, showed my ID and got one. Love the consistent policies...Oh and if an item is on sale, nope no discounts for you. THIS IS ABOUT STORE #2272. LOWE'S IN CASA GRANDE, AZ. This store smells disgusting! Visited yesterday to get one small part, that they didn't even have, totally forgetting about recent stories of rats overtaking this store, #2272. I assumed there was some slight exaggerating of. One that said they had mention to staff and they they are fully aware of the numerous rats in the store and brushed it off. Well as I entered the store I was instantly hit in the face of the smell of crap and likely urine. I walked by some trees that were in the larger aisle near the entry and tried to convince myself it's got to be the soil. Fertilizer? No. Definitely not. Walked on past to the bathroom vanities, parts, etc. Still stinks... Also wondering why they have no parts to fix a sink drain stop. Then suddenly I see a rat larger diameter than my cell phone run out ten feet in front of me to the next aisle. My heart and gut meet. I was then reminded and reassured the rat talk is 100 fact and the awful stench was from these rodents that have overtaken this once upon a time nice store. Moral and customer service is bleak at this place. Do you blame them though? I'd be concerned of taking disease home to my family if I did work there. They probably can't afford to quit. Management, corporate, someone needs to step in and help get that place cleaned up and cleared out. NASTY! I'll be doing my home improvement shopping at good ole Ace Hardware and The Home Depot. Do not buy anything with installation. I paid 200$ to have dishwasher installed. Technician removed same size 24" dishwasher and then stated the new one wouldn't fit due to the baseboard. I called to see if the installation support would help. They must speak with their technician first and get back with me in 2 days.she followed up with well it was almost to completion. Who want anything almost to completion? . Forget your two days keep the money cause you lost my business on any installation. Wait possible customer service I've experienced with lowes. Garbage. I ordered counter tops 8 weeks ago, after 3 weeks finally received a call for the pricing and to go in to pay. Went in and paid over 4 weeks ago now and have still heard nothing. I called last week and was told they would be done Thursday or Friday. It is now Wednesday- a week later and they said don't know doesn't show when it will be ready... then do your job and call rhe company YOU hired to do the job and ask the questions. BEWARE AZSD INSTALLATION!! We had AZSD install 2 custom frameless shower doors in our home near Casa Grande which we had to purchase through Lowe's My issue with Lowe's, is that they have offered Nothing in the way of a resolution for the seriously lacking performance of their installation subcontractor, AZSD. Both doors leak. According to Phil, the head installer, frameless doors leak. That's just the way it is. Really? Phil has ZERO customer service skills. He was LOUD, rude, and condescending. Interestingly, we had Excellent results with AZSD when our custom frameless shower doors were installed by A1 Glass in Snowflake. But having AZSD install the doors at our home near Casa Grande was absolutely horrible. We are ultimately left with a $5,000 investment in leaky shower doors. BEWARE! Both reps from AZSD offered ZERO solutions for our brand new Leaky custom frameless shower doors. When asked why they installed flashing on one frameless door but none on the 2nd, their reply was that any gap less than 1/8th of an inch is within standards and does not require flashing. First, the Gaps are NOT less than 1/8th of an inch, they are TWICE that, at a very generous 1/4 inch. You can easily imagine how much water leaks onto your floors during even the briefest of showers. Second, even if the gap was within their "acceptable standards," why on Earth would you leave a customer with Unresolved Leaks? I do not recommend AZSD for installation of shower doors, particularly, frameless shower doors. Keep Phil, the head installer, away from your property. read more

She was attentive, patient, suggestive, and genuinely happy to help me in the week-long process it took me to pick out the right cover for each window in the house. Went there this morning to pick up the final pieces for a project at home. Unfortunately I was not important enough for the staff in the lumber department to help. At best I received lip service, but mostly treated as though I was not worthy of speaking to. I guess a crippled old Marine walking with a cane is not worthy of dealing with. Once I got to the check out I was relieved to discover the staff in the lumber department treated the cashiers with the same content as they did this old cripple. The staff in the lumber dept said they were with customers. Funny, when I was back there they spent most of the time bull shitting with contractors. After waiting close to 15 minutes with several calls from the cashier wanting to check prices being ignored, I left. Shame to as this was close to a 2 hour round trip for me to get there only to be treated like crap. Even though this is the closest store to my house, when I next head to a Lowe's it will be in the valley. read more

Sometimes it's that one person who saves the day. I wanted laminate flooring. I chose a color and waited for the order to arrive. I went back to the store in 5 days. Roland B waited on me. Then I found out the order never went forward. Since the floor was going to be installed the next day I had to choose another pattern. With Roland's help, I was out the door with my selected flooring. I thought my problems were over. My floor was in the process of installation. Then my installer ran out of flooring. I ran back into Lowe's and right into Roland! Again he came to the rescue and squared me away with additional flooring. Roland is intelligent and keeps his cool. What could have been a very bad experience turned into a pleasant encounter. read more

Need to rate with negative stars. Stopped by to get something for mineral deposits on adobe pavers... They told me i need concrete stain..... this would have destroyed about 3000 sq. Feet of adobe decking. Then we had a project that would spend $1100.00 worth of lumber. I asked the sales associate if they could drop down a bundle of 2x6x10. I wanted to get the best wood I could. He told me just to go through the ones that were already down and was very put out that I even asked him to do it. We started to walk out and said screw it then my wife went over and got the General Manager. She madei him do just what we wanted. Just seems everyone that works at this Lowes feels like they are doing you a major favor by waiting on you. They could really learn alot about customer service from Home Depot. read more

The next day when I'm getting ready to pick up the order I receive a call that they made a mistake and they don't have that item either. They have a horrible order online pick up in store business. The Lowe's in Casa Grande doesn't even deserve 1 Star, my star rating is a zero (0). This ridicules calamity of errors on Lowe's Part has made both my wife's life and mine totally and absolutely miserable. Their misrepresentations, errors and an unbelievable number of human screw ups (one after another, after another, after another, more than 15 times and probably more like 20+ times. No customer should ever be treated like we have been treated, it is a totally and inexcusable wrong and not at all the way a company should do business. Law Enforcement Officers treat their criminals with more respect, honesty and truth than Lowe's could ever hope to treat a customer like us. We went to the store and looked at several different types of floor covering. We first selected a new commercial type Wood Plank Vinyl Floor. When they came out to measure for the install the measuring guy told us that he wouldn't recommend using the vinyl planking in a home in our price range. We next went back and wanted to have Laminate Flooring installed, they wanted use to use these terrible plastic molding/transition strips. The installer told us that we wouldn't be happy with the way it looked at all. I asked the guy why we would want to install something that wasn't going to look good ? He told us that we probably wouldn't. We went back again to the store and dealt specifically dealt with the manager of the store and arranged to select a porcelain wood-look tile planking floor. This was in stock and didn't need to be special ordered. They scheduled the install and called that day to tell us that they didn't have enough tile in stock. So to make a very long story as short as possible, we were told that they didn't have enough grout. Finally three weeks later here we are, the installers have just been standing around standing around since 8:00 AM, some four (4) hours later nothing has been done. Under the current system Lowe's has 10 different employees disseminating information and answers that are totally incorrect and they don't make any notes so everyone would know what the others have told the customer. The are so disorganized and not at all willing to stand behind what they say. They continue to nickel and dime us to the tune of almost $1,000.00 for things they tried to say we should have known. We paid for 1200 Sq. Ft. of Tile and the ordered 1200 pieces and not 1200 Sq. Ft. so we were short again. The also tried to charge us for the difference in the needed tile. We made sure that they understood that we purchased 1200 Sq. Ft. and not 1200 pieces. We got several calls from Lowes and they were telling us that the installers needed an extra $800.00 for leveling the floors and repairing all of the major cracks. I had patched all of the cracks they told me to fix and did it exactly how they said to fix it. I called Lowe's and talked to the install manager who said that there was not a leveling issue it was a grinding issue, and that was what the extra $800.00 was for. I went out again and asked the installers how much grinding they needed to do and they said about one hours worth, told them that we weren't going to pay that crazy amount of money. This has been a real nightmare and it's now noon and they still haven't started. I then told my wife I was calling corporate. After she told Lowes I was calling corporate. they called her back from Lowes saying that they would be covering the overage. Now lets see how the install goes it is now 12:20 and they have not started yet! Don't rely on Lowe's to take care of your flooring. When you add up all the charges the bid we got from Express Flooring was the better deal ! These install jobs that Lowe's are doing are worse than all the extra charges that the Airlines are charging. read more
