N got a call from the mechanic saying. I'm no longer a priority which set me off. N went off. Owner got on the phone n made excuses for his employees n basically got trespassed over the phone . I was told to pick my cord but I'm not allowed in the store. Went off again n owner told me to shove my cord up my ass. So at the end of the day. Never support these types of businesses . Find a local guy that does tune up / service on these types of machinery.

We approached an employee and found him (Gary) to be very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the questions we had for our needs. We decided on a tankless version. Gary made sure we had all of the information needed to make the transition from a traditional water heater to the tankless. We truly appreciated his efforts, as it made the whole experience a little easier.

He did an absolute TERRIBLE job installing the carpet. There was a gap between the wall and the carpet in the hallway that he had to have known was there, the carpet wasn't fastened down on the ends or folded over, he used the utility knife and left multiple blades on my windowsill for my grandson to get into. Tony refused to refund any money. Please see attached pictures. Evidently Menards doesn't check to see if these people actually know how to install carpet. I contacted Menards and was told they could not do anything because they don't work for them. I assume that he's probably still on the list as a contractor-do not use Tony Johnson.

Anyway until yesterday I had gone 36 years of life never having gone to a Menards, so I didn't really know what to expect! I thought it was just like a big hardware store.. little did I know it was so much more! It had everything! Seriously! It was like a Lowes meets, Grocery Store, Meets costume shop, meets holiday store, meets Target or something.. It was crazy, I was so surprised about the great grocery section, also stoked about the seasonal sections both celebrating Halloween and Christmas in Mid Oct. The staff seemed super nice and you could easily get lost in here and spend some money! I dug how clean the store was and the space was utilized well! I dig Menards!
