They had, I think, eight play sets either partially or completely set up (I say partially because not all of them had the swing arms due to space). Everything was nicely arranged with plenty of space to move between them. One of the owners came out quickly and started chatting with us. We explained to him that this was our first stop in learning about swing/play set options (besides the internet). We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. He really seemed genuine and honest in his answers and didn't seem to try and sell us on buying right then (wasn't going to happen anyway). While we chatted, they allowed our toddler to play on the sets as well as us to help her. Through all the conversations, they seem to have great customer service. We left with a pricing sheet (with current specials), catalog of options, and a lot of knowledge. He also told us how far out they are for installations and what we should anticipate if we were to install ourselves. He also told us about the open play times and birthday parties. The only reason I cannot give them a full five stars is since we have not gone through the actual buying process, I do not want to rate above a four without knowing that portion.

The couch was delivered with a broken selectronic headrest on the chaise. It took the company a week to replace it. Within a month the armless recliner mechanism broke. We bought the warranty Unfortunately they are only able to come out Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:00. Which is when my husband and I work so they could not fix it. We tried to return it but they told us it was outside the 30 days and wouldn't let us return it . We also asked for a refund for our warranty since we can never use it because we work during normal business hours and we were told we had to contact a different company for that .They agreed to exchange it but brought the wrong piece. So one month later ( having a recliner stuck out open in the middle of our living room) we finally got a working armless recliner. Then 3 months later the armless recliner broke again and we went through the exact same problem and it wasn't replaced for a month because first they tried to send out a service person when we weren't home, then sent out the wrong thing before delivering the right piece. I have spent so much time on the phone and chat with this company and I can honestly say it is one of the worst companies and customer services I have ever experienced in my life. The only good part of the company is the delivery guys who I tried to give credit to but come to find out they are third party and don't even work for Bob's. I will never buy anything from this company and will try to stop anybody I know from buying anything from this company.

Anyone can make a mistake so when I went back to get the right materials I did not complain. Instead I just said over and over--make sure I have everything I need. After they loaded I asked one more time for them to double check that I got the right materials. Then they took two things out of my truck and put two different things in there. I left concerned that I did not have what I needed. Today the installer came and to no surprise I was missing parts. When I called and asked if they would come my direction and take money off for the additional expense, they said they would take $50 off. I then asked again for them to bring me the materials, the idiot supervisor told me "It's not our fault you live two hours away." I drove back down and they did not tmeven take off the $50. I am in a mission to badmouth this place as many ways as possible. I'm even considering taking out an ad in the dm register. Also, I am on a mission to get that stupid piece of crap that I talked to fired!!!! This place is overpriced and incompetent!!!!!
