This creates unnecessary exposure before installers even see the space. #3) Opaque and inflated add-ons The quote included mandatory installation parts ($99.99) with no clear breakdown, an overpriced stacking kit ($149.99), and a steam kit added ($29.99) to a dryer that does not have a steam option. These line items reduced confidence in the accuracy and necessity of the quote. #4) Pricing certainty concerns The contract allows post-order price adjustments due to tariffs if delivery is delayed, which undermines confidence in the final price after payment. #5) Liability limitations Damage claims must be identified before installers leave, and liability is tightly limited in the fine print. This heavily favors the seller in the event of issues. In the end, although the appliance prices were competitive on paper, the combination of restrictive policies, unclear add-ons, and customer-unfriendly terms made the overall offering less attractive than competitors. I would recommend that prospective buyers read the full contract carefully and compare not just price, but risk and flexibility.

He has morphed the store into a current venue, handling today's needs. Impressive guy who cares about his customers. But it's Andie the Cat who rules the premises! I am always greeted as I walk in the door. Today, I went for a screw and nut. I needed it for my holder for my bike. The woman working greeted me as I walked in. She took me back to the right area and even picked them out for me. I forgot they had a minimum ($1) to use a credit card. I had no money with me besides my credit card. They offered me to come back and pay, I was afraid i would forget. I shopped instead. I knew I probably needed more items. When I checked out, the woman asked me if I was going to put the phone holder on my bike now. I said yes, so she followed me out with a screw driver. The screw was too short, so she went in and got a bigger one for me. You don't get service like this anymore.

    I had been next door at the bike shop and decided to stop in and browse. I've been looking for a…read morescrew for my car's key fob for about 2 years. I didn't want to pay the $$$ get the dealer replacement. I'd been to other hardware stores that had the right width of screw, but way too long. Anyway, I decided to give this store a try. I walked in and the person at the counter asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for. He directed me to the correct aisle, which end, and which side of the aisle. When I got there, there was already another employee there helping someone else. After he finished with the other customer, he asked if I needed help. I showed him my key fob and went to work to find something that would fit. Eventually, he found one and even screwed it in for me, which was great because I definitely don't have a hex wrench small enough for that screw. In the end, my bill was 99 cents plus tax. What a great deal, and great customer service!

That is above and beyond. Every time I go to the store I am greeted as I walk in and I am asked what they can help me find. Wow, I just love the size of the place too. You sometimes don't need those big box stores. I highly recommend this place for your hardware needs! You won't be disappointed!

The MANAGER told us this!! Great, it's covered under warranty. Well, first of all their financing through Acima is predatory. They were the absolute worst to deal with. Forced auto pay and then send auto-generated emails that we were late making payments and one time tried to charge us for it. Initially they offered to give me a "discount" to reinstate payments. Umm, no. I will not be paying anything extra when my account was in good standing the entire time and your system just didn't attempt to charge it. I was not late, it's automated. Then when I turn in this warranty claim and they get a local technician, I specifically state that I have an appointment in the afternoon and I need a morning appointment. They scheduled an afternoon appointment anyway and when I called to reschedule, they hung up on me and when I finally got through, they scheduled it more than a week out. Now my furniture has been completely unusable for 3 weeks, will be a month at that point. Not to mention they complained that I didn't send the right pictures and threatened to deny my claim but gave no instructions on how to update it. They wanted a picture of the entire recliner when the problem was listed as mechanical and I had sent a photo of the lift mechanism. I am so fed up I don't care how good the prices are or the quality it's not worth all this hassle. Do not be deceived, if you have any sort of issue, you will be speaking to someone who barely speaks English and does not give a hoot about your experience. Do not shop here!
