We had the chance to speak with the GM (Keith) who is very professional, friendly and VERY knowledgeable about firearms. When we entered the area to begin using the firearms Keith stayed and explained and demonstrated the safe and proper way to handle the firearm. I felt so comfortable as a first time shooter and holder of a firearm. The ladies there were very helpful and kind. We appreciated such good customer service and them all being patient. My son and I will return to take the classes to obtain our permit to carry a firearm. Thank you for making my first time so enjoyable that I have found a new love for fire arms and shooting at the range.

A slightly below average indoor range brought up significantly by the ability to rent full auto…read moreguns, which is a rarity and novelty. Max distance is only 15 yards which is a basic "working distance" to me, there are hash marks in the walls and floor with no indicators of what the range is, the carriers are very old and don't have full cardboard backers so your target options are a bit limited. I didn't love that I was not allowed to sweep up brass myself, I am a high volume and high speed shooter, I went through 300 rounds in just under 30 minutes and they were all below my feet, but the RSO didn't allow me to sweep them so they were underfoot. That's a safety hazard in my book. I am sure they have a reason for it but no range I have ever been to objected to my sweeping and most encourage it. Meanwhile a person in the lane next to me was behind the red line with a gun in his hand with the RSO seeing it, and one of their rules is not to do that. Not that I am a Karen, frankly I don't care, but it was frustrating that a rule that I cannot see the sense of, that was actively making my time there less safe, was enforced, while another was given a pass. Range ammo is pricey but I have never been to a range other than PSA where it isn't. My range fees were $18 and I was there just about 30 minutes, which is absurd. Not a terrible range by any means, but my main reason to return would be if I have a hankering to rent a full auto gun. J.Ja

Happy 250? So why would a store that supports the 2nd amendment ban someone for exercising their…read more1st amendment rights? After my first post, with no response from the business on either Yelp or Google, I was informed by a friend that the magazines that I had been waiting for over two months to get were available at the store for pickup. I was NOT notified by the store. However, these were not from the mfr since they were in new off the rack boxes. When I texted the store GM, Felix, they promptly stated "Just to let you know, Bullseye Bills no longer wants to serve you as a customer." (See attached). I had been a patron of this store, both the current owner and previous owner, for nearly 18 years. I am retired from the US Army, I served this country on 6 continents and have fought in multiple combat theaters to be told by a veteran owned business that because I posted my concerns about the challenges I faced with the store's customer service practices it apparently offended them so much I am not allowed to continue to shoot or purchase anything from them. More importantly, the GM stated to me that I didn't tell the whole truth in my post. He said I was given a large discount for the items but in truth, many of the life members and non-life members of the previous store have been given additional discounts, based on the volume of items purchased in the store. When I asked for the replacement magazine for the first item, the recognition of the discount was not mentioned and when I bought the firearm, the reciprocal discount for the missing magazine was not mentioned. Furthermore, the seller also mentioned that he would notify the GM and was surprised that after two months of not receiving the magazine. Additionally, as a life member of the original store, we were allowed to continue to shoot for free without any direction on when our life member service would be terminated. Again, I told the truth, expressed my 1st amendment RIGHT of the freedom of speech and now I'm banned without compensation for my life membership. Is this a real gun store for all people or just one that doesn't care about veterans or the Bill of Rights?

A couple of Kunas on the wall? Yep. SP5? You know it! Is that a .50 BMG? I think so! Also, they don't sell junk. I've probably bought 10-15 firearms here (both new and used) and I've not had a problem yet - though I have a suspicion that the owner would find a way to help out me out if I did. In short: 10 of 10, I highly recommend.

Took under 10 minutes today, and the work looks great. The rest of the shop is a good pawn shop, with a heavy emphasis on firearms, lots of used guns there, as well as some ammo, holsters/accessories/optics, etc. In addition there's some electronics and tools. I also noted that their FFL transfers are at a reasonable price, which is quite appreciated. Great experience here, and nice to have a local place for this specialty service rather than needing to ship it out and spend $100 on s/h round trip for a simple service. J.Ja

When opened the first box to load my magazine, I was surprised that the casing was so good for the price, Starline Brass. The bullet is Zero. They were very, very clean and even though they are jacketed hollow-point, there was very, very little residue in the barrel after shooting. I put 150 rounds through and no failures to feed, or failures to fire. I decided to buy direct from them and ended up getting 1,000 more rounds-FMJ this time (including 2 ammo storage boxes) for far less than anywhere locally or online. They ship super fast and even in bulk, these are cleaner than most. Their customer service is friendly, fast, and you can tell you are dealing with a customer focused company.
