Absolute killer workouts and attentive instructors. You never feel like you are out of place…read morebecause everyone makes you feel so welcomed. From my orientation class to have done over 75 classes now I will say I am addicted. They come out with packages all the time and challenges so we can stock up for the year but I do recommend this Pilates establishment out of the other big name ones in town. I absolutely love this place. don't know if I'll ever stop coming here. You just can't get the same experience somewhere else. The classes are so great because they have an intercom system with them, motivating you and telling you how to do something in TVs all along the walls showing you the movement and guiding you through the steps to make sure that you are accurately doing the workout correctly. And then you have the instructors going around correcting what needs to be fixed to give you the best workout. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I recently got back into Reformer Pilates and it's all thanks to a special instructor (Cobble) and…read morean amazing new studio in St. Matthew's. Right after the new year I was sent an introductory offer, which I think they are still promoting, for an introductory class and 6 additional classes for $60! The caveat is that you have to use within 2 weeks. (After the intro session classes are around $25 or less, depending on the package you select). Of course I signed up and made it my mission to complete the classes. This is a new studio, that is clean, minimalist and beautiful. The studio is tucked upstairs of the shopping center near Thierman Lane. When you enter you are immediately greeted by staff and asked for your name to sign in. Merchandise, drinks, and socks are for sale at the desk. There is a small area to hang jackets and leave shoes. They also have a changing room in case you come right after work (like I often do)! While you wait for classes to begin there is a sitting area with a couch and two comfy chairs. Then the instructor comes out and greets you about 5 minutes before the class begins and invites you inside the studio. I think there are 16 reformers in the studio about 3 feet apart from each other. The instructors are very knowledgeable and help with form and pushing you until the movement is over. They also walk around at the beginning to chat with everyone. The classes are taught with through recorded exercise classes on TVs throughout the studio. It will suggest a spring range and they explain the movement. Reformer Pilates is little movements to tone and tighter the body. I have loved getting back into the classes and look forward to many more in the future. I only wish the classes were slightly longer - they run about 40 minutes with the stretch at the end. I would highly recommend if you've never tried it or are looking for a new routine.

Great workout for all fitness and barre experience levels! I took a class with Nikki, the owner,…read moreand have never had a more welcoming barre class experience. It was a great full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and even some laughs! If you've been avoiding barre classes thinking they're not for you, do yourself a favor and check out this studio! The staff is friendly, but the lobby is a bit cramped so during a busy time of day it can feel a little intimidating for newcomers. Just go check in and tell them you're new, and they'll make you feel right at home and ready to conquer your class. The workout space itself is spacious, with a lot of natural light. Sometimes you're at the barre, sometimes you're in the middle of the floor -- it just depends. They have cubbies, a small parking lot (get there early or find nearby street parking), showers, and a play lounge if you need to bring your kiddos. Socks are optional (go with grippy socks or none at all so you don't slip), and all props are provided.

So those of you who are new to barre3 or just don't know what it is-- I highly recommend this…read moreworkout. With a combo of elements such as cardio, yoga, conditioning, and weights, I always leave feeling sore but in a good way. I started this year in January 2023 and try to go at least once a week. With my busy schedule, there are plenty of times to choose from. And while every class is essentially "different" depending on the instructor, I feel and look great once I enter the class and leave. Try their free class when you sign up and then you'll see why you should keep up with it!!

Greedy business!!!!…read more My daughter, a second year student (with a student budget) was looking into buying one of their promos, 2 weeks unlimited for $228.96 She had been a client, like myself, a year prior during the summer break and we had both brought new customers as well. 1- In June, back from college, as she was looking at the promotion on the site , (she was a registered customer and they had all her info with her credit card) , she clicked to look at the details & was automatically charged for the promotion without any checking out process. Very deceptive method! She told herself she will have to do use them. 2- A few days later, while she was playing tennis, she broke her wrist, requiring a surgery and a hard cast , followed by 6-8 weeks of PT. So not a small accident . 3- After she felt well enough after her surgery, she reached out to the studio by texting Jamie, the manager, explaining that she wouldn't be able to use the classes and was asking to be reimbursed . My daughter had to text her a few times to get a reply : no refund!! 4- I wrote a text to Jaime asking to reconsider her decision, explaining the facts and I never got a reply. I would think twice about bringing business to a company that doesn't value its customers, especially students who are on a.tight budget. Shame on you Studio Pilates!!
