My house already had a water softener and they didn't try to upsell me at all, the rep said it was doing a great job. I had them install a reverse osmosis system at my kitchen sink for drinking water. The installation was quick, clean, friendly, perfect. Since having the system installed they have been great about contacting me to remind me to replace ("rotate") the filters and have never tried to upsell me. I love that! Just now they called to let me know that the manufacturer of the system has found a fault in a connector or something and they are proactively contacting their customers to get that fixed before the manufacturer even issues a recall or the like. They're coming at no charge to me to fix it and even rotate my filters at no cost (except the new filter cost of course). I honestly don't remember what I paid for the system, it was not exorbitant, and the filter cost is about $50/year. The water is perfect and delicious and I never buy bottled water. GREAT!

If there were potential complications such as weather or catering mishaps, they were prepared for it. Even the music to the videos was cued and timed to certain pictures and it wasn't just thrown together. Every deadline that was given was met to a T. Every promise made was a promise kept. Ballard-Sunder really cares about their work and it shows. It was such a relief for our family that everything was guided and at the same time personalized for who our mother was. We were really impressed with Ballard-Sunders cultural sensitivity. (Our congregation was half white and half Filipino-American.) Everybody felt welcome and everyone felt safe and comfortable enough to mourn in their own ways and Ballard-Sunder recognized the differences and commonalities in people that created an atmosphere for celebration and grief. We invited their staff to eat with us and we were so happy that they did. Our mom's funeral was beautiful and we know she would have been very happy with it.
