I got back into my house a year and two weeks after my fire . I had a builder after Bedrock. I will just say don't always trust referrals and locals. The following summer, I was back at my house. I realize that Bedrock, who took the siding off my house after the fire, put the back siding from my totaled house, cut the pieces up & strategically placed them in my wood pile, knowing I would not notice that for a bit, as I had to have a builder. All I can think of is they didn't want to pay for an extra dumpster; although, they paid somebody to cut that up and place it in my woodpile. They got paid VERY good money by my insurance company. I had to pay to take all the wood they ruined and the old siding, which they were paid to dispose of, to the dump. My son & I spent eight hours filling three truckloads. (There were some really cool mushroom colonies going on in my rotten firewood, which was useless. ) Before I was back in my home, they asked me to write a good review., which I did. I don't want any insurance company or individual get taken by this company.

Apparently my Air conditioner was leaking while I was out of the country for 10 days. Bedrock came to the rescue. They are still in the middle of the restoration but have been totally professional, timely and informative of all they are doing. Blaine Gibis has worked on my mitigation process. He has been super professional, friendly and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. No mess was left. I chose Bedrock because of their reviews and I am so happy I did. Janice J.

He was very honest, polite and thorough. He let me know any priority concerns or not. It was such a great experience and put me at ease working with him, highly recommended to deal with Gary.

I'll start by saying Loyear never actually did any work for me - which is, in a strange way,…read moreexactly why I recommend them. Shortly after moving into our new place, we noticed an area of water damage in the wall and flooring from a leaking drain pipe, which the previous owners had covered with furniture during our inspection. We had the leak itself fixed by Tonka Plumbing, and requested an estimate from Loyear for the remediation work. When Gary showed up, he had a mask, booties, everything you'd expect in 2020. He listened to what our issues were, inspected the damage, pulled out his cool infrared gadget, and gave us his estimate. The surprise came when he then told us that - as much as no business likes to turn down business - our issue was one we could probably handle ourselves. Instead of simply taking our money, he suggested that we give it a go, and call him back if the issue turned out to be larger than we were comfortable handling on our own. So there you have it. 5-star review for a company I never actually hired -specifically because of an estimator's honesty and frankness. Will 100% call them in the future for any water damage/remediation work I need.

It seemed very overwhelming the amount of damage that was left in its wake, but Schaun walked us through every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.

They did a great job improving the overall look without the need for a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. They were easy to work with, transparent about what could realistically be achieved with repairs, and honest about the trade-offs between repairing and replacing. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell unnecessary work. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use them again.

I attempted to contact about six different plumbers. Roto Rooter accommodated me right away, while the other plumbers were not available or did not respond to my attempts to contact them. We arranged a visit from 10 to 2 pm the next day. I signed up for the app and found my visit registered there along with a small cash discount coupon, which I used. The next morning, I received a call offering even earlier service, but I failed to answer and so missed that opportunity. Then mid-morning I received a free visit from their water cleanup person, who explained the nature of my spill and how to dry out the carpet. He did not try to sell me anything or charge for his visit and provided much useful information. At 2 pm, Roto Rooter called and said my plumber would arrive soon. Andrew arrived at 2:30 pm, quickly diagnosed the problem, created a permanent solution and offered good advice on avoiding future problems. I will indeed follow his good advice. In short, no other plumber came within miles of Roto Rooter in responsiveness, helpfulness and providing a permanent solution to the problem. Five stars indeed!

Warning to homeowners--especially first-time buyers. We…read morecontacted Roto-Rooter requesting a plumber to evaluate a ceiling stain. There was no active leak, no standing water, and no emergency--just a stain. Despite this, the situation was presented as urgent and severe, creating pressure to act immediately. Within 10-15 minutes of arrival, we were asked to sign authorization paperwork without a clear explanation of what we were agreeing to or the true necessity of the work. Instead of sending a plumber on day one, a water mitigation team was dispatched immediately, and a plumber did not arrive until three days later. We were under the impression that a plumbing assessment would occur before any invasive work. We later learned that had a plumber evaluated the issue first, the ceiling opening could have been significantly smaller--less than one-quarter of what was cut. Even the professionals who later repaired the ceiling confirmed the demolition was excessive and unnecessary. The billing practices are deeply concerning. After-hours pricing was applied broadly, including to materials, which do not change in cost based on time of day or federal holidays. While labor rates may vary, materials do not. Applying after-hours rates and O&P to materials feels like intentional inflation, not cost-based pricing. Nearly every line item appears maximized, and while we were able to prove a few clear discrepancies (such as drywall square footage), many others remain questionable. It is also hard to ignore how differently services are priced when insurance is involved. As out-of-pocket customers, we lacked the leverage insurers have to challenge inflated charges, and that imbalance appears to have been exploited. Independent professionals have since told us this entire issue--including repair--should have cost under $2,000. Instead, we were led into a far more invasive and expensive process under the false impression that immediate action was required. Any later attempt to reframe correcting improper after-hours pricing on materials as a "goodwill gesture" is misleading. Accurate pricing is not a favor--it's a basic obligation. This experience reflects poorly on Roto-Rooter's practices and their treatment of customers acting in good faith. I would strongly caution others to get independent opinions before proceeding, especially if you are told something is an "emergency" when it clearly is not.
