Extremely disappointing experience with Salon True. Terrible customer service and completely…read moreunprofessional behavior. I've been a customer at this salon for a long time and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, I missed an appointment for the very first time, and when I called to reschedule, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee. They claimed they had texted me three times and that my messages weren't working, which is simply not true. I never received a single text. I asked them to send me another text while we were on the phone to verify whether my messages were working, but they outright refused. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they insisted they had contacted me and then told me they would no longer accept me as a client because I wasn't aware of their cancellation policy and because of their supposed texting issues. I also offered to meet in the middle since it was my first time missing an appointment and also because the supposed text messages were never sent (and the receptionist refused to try to send a text while we were on the phone) but she refused and informed me that I'm basically banned from the salon. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, but treating a longtime customer this way over a first missed appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Refusing to serve a loyal customer over a texting issue they wouldn't even attempt to verify is beyond unprofessional. After being a customer for so long, I expected much better. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon.

When I say she's the one blonding and color queen in Los Angeles County, I mean that with my whole chest. There is no one doing it like Kelly. Not only is she insanely talented, but she's also one of the most personal, personable, and easy-to-connect-with humans you'll ever sit in a chair with. Every appointment feels less like a salon visit and more like catching up with a friend. The conversations are effortless, the energy is always good, and the amount of laughter we share during processing time is honestly therapeutic. And this pink? Absolute perfection. She somehow found the exact shade of pink that matches my personality... bold, soft, powerful, and unapologetically me. It's not just color, it's me! Kelly doesn't just do hair; she gets people. She listens, she understands, and she creates looks that feel authentic, confident, and aligned with who you are. So, if you're looking for someone you can trust long-term, someone who delivers consistently flawless color, and someone who makes every appointment feel like a vibe: Kelly Viviani is your girl. No competition. No question. No hesitation. Just call her.
