So I had came in with the intention of just cutting my hair and that was it. Thanks to Dianne and her 20+ years of experience I walked out feeling and looking my best EVER! First let's talk decor! Her salon is so aesthetically pleasing to look at, from the chandeliers to the gold accents on mirrors it all goes hand in hand with the stylists employed at Diva Touch! The receptionist was super sweet and so professional he even offered to dry off my umbrella (by the way it was raining, HARD). I waited very shortly and Dianne had immediately knew exactly the look we were going to do. I put all my marbles in one basket and she did not disappoint. As she finished with a 2nd client (while my color was setting in), the detail in her maneuvering her hand for the hair cut and the blow out I instantly knew I was in amazing hands. Up came my turn for the wash and her assistant came applauding her for what a great job she has done. The rest is history! She finalized the cut and blew out my hair and it came out gorgeous! From having split ends to having hair feel baby smooth all while still being colored. She's phenomenal at what she does! I went in with a mess of a hair color and the end result went beyond my expectations. Pictures do no Justice with how beautiful and detailed the color result is!!! I loveeee my hair!!! I went in and got a Brazilian keratin treatment, the owner, Dianne, explained to me that this treatment was a lot better and more effective for my super kinky curly hair. I trusted her judgement, and I am in love with the results. Norma helped me. She was so gentle and thorough with the process, in both explaining and applying it. It's a lengthy process but it was totally worth it. My hair looks healthier than when I went in, and it's volume and layers look great. Dianne gave me a very mild trim, exactly how I wanted and needed it. I've gotten Brazilian blowouts before, but this Brazilian Keratin treatment is the move. And all of the ladies there were so welcoming! I went home to my sister and she literally said "you have the exact cut that I want, I hate you." They were closed that day but Dianna squeezed me in, be sure to call ahead of time, and schedule an appointment. They truly take care of you there. I didn't feel out of place once. Going to Diva Touch is an amazing experience! The salon is so beautiful, makes you feel like your walking into a magical place. When you walk in you see big beautiful chandeliers and large gold mirrors. It really is a magical place where Dianne and her girls work their magic on your hair!. They are so friendly and welcoming! Laughing and having girl talk with them makes the time pass by so fast! I'm in love with a woman named Diane! Where do I start? I went to see Diane because she's right next door to the location I get my nails done! When I presented for a consult, I told her what I wanted to do which was to dye my roots to match the rest of my blonde. The issue was that I had been growing my hair due to a horrible incident that involved a previous stylist who burned my hair and neglected to tell me because she was able to cover it with extensions. I told Diane that I had seen another stylist who was great but was advised to let my hair grow a few more inches before doing anything. Unfortunately, the growth process is terrible, especially when you're platinum but your roots are black. Diane told me not to worry! She described the process and showed me photos of what I could expect!! This is the first time EVER that a stylist has delivered EXACTLY what they told me they would!
